One of the forum members had mentioned about the girl playing Iman's support grp friend could be belonging to ISI. That actress is a very popular face in Tollywood and Ads. If she has accepted the role, then it should be a meaty one n have some weight. So I think she might have some connection with Jaish and Lala. There is no one to identify her here. Even her mother who she brought in the support group meeting, was in delusional- kind of- state.
