Sid and Afreen speak through morse code ? Just a doubt

It's just a doubt whether they speak in morse (hope i spelled it right ).In one scene yesterday episode I saw Afreen was asking sid something and she was looking down or seeing his hands that time sid was doing something with his fingers and his wrist and the next scene they were too normal what do u all think whether he did that with some tension ya on purpose .

I have to re watch yesterday epi to see that

since there was no 3rd person present, it probably isn't morse code.
