Last time when Imaan's past was revealed , how super excited I was and was eagerly waiting for next epis ... but sadly post that there were series of (apparently) super boring episodes .
Though there was Indira moving ahead with her Cruel Plan , a peek-a-boo in Vikram's past ( which looks Interesting) but Imaan's story literally came to a Standstill , making me realize how much Imaan's story keeps me glued to this Show πŸ˜† .

Coming to today's Episode :

A big Round of Applause to the Entire Team for that Fabulous last Singh Family Scene . Superb screenplay there , at one end Veera revealing Indira-Sartaaj Kissing Kaand to Harleen and Sartaaj at other end making it clear to Bauji that He does not Love Harleen .
Thank God this issue was not dragged ...

I don't even remember the last show where "Husband-having-affair-and-wife-coming-to know-about-it" being handled with so much sensitivity and Subtlety . We have been subjected to soo much Diramatic revelations on Indian TV that I was stunned to see the Maturity there...well I did had trust on the POW makers but the Channel no way ... πŸ˜†

Surprise was , Indira too was feeling bad about the entire Scene .

Looks like Salim is not so Selfless as he has been shown so far ?? I would actually love to see a Selfish side of Salim (in a good way though) .
Imaan -Naaz both under Guilt for hiding things from each other .
LOL at Mrs Khan for breaking that "Qubool Hain" moment between Salim-Naaz ...πŸ˜†

Precap : Partners meeting and Sartaaj showing Imaan Mirror .

Thnx fr the review
Sartaaj-harleen story is meh.sartaaj-harleen story had huge potential bt makers ruined it bringing the indira angle. Now I don't actually want harleen to forgive sartaaj for what he has done.I want harleen to live his life independently like she had been living all these years and set an example.

Imaan side story is interesting. It has got real deal of complex human emotions.
I really want salim to gt some grey shade. It wl look more believable.

I haven't watched the episode yet
But sartaj is disappointing and i dont know how they will move with harleen - sartaj angle and his redemption
Reading written update i got this thought
Y is salim keeping that safe instead of destroying it if he really wants to keep this secret from naz. Destroying gives more chamces for not finding out. Did he want her to find out anyway without his involvement or he genuinely forgot to keep it out of her reachπŸ˜•
Hope we can see salim thoughts and his reasons behind his actions too

My heart almost broke to see harleen after she learns truth . The way she kept repeatedly asking Veera to assure her everything will be fine was too full of emotions & Amrita was just damn brilliant ably supported but the other cast too . Finally Salim proved that he is not as selfless as he has been shown so far. Iman was looking adorable when he was talking sense into Sartaj but he is too blind to see any thing & reminded him of his own mistakes . I don't approve of infidelity so for me both are wrong & it's their wives decision to take them Back or not later on .

I actually like the turn writers have taken , showing the not so Likable sides of both the POW's and making viewers question , if Sartaj-Imaan's return brought any happiness back in their families , are they of any worth for their families .

I don't exactly know what they are trying to do with Salim. But I have lost all the repect I had for him anyway. The man read a personal letter that wasn't addressed to him and then decided to change the events completely because-? Who gave him the right? To decide what is right or wrong for their family? For a man who seemed like the torchbearer of ethics in the show, that stands out as a complete moral flaw. How Imaan is okay with it, I do not know - he should have been furious.

Talking of Imaan, why are they ruining his character?! I like him ! The fact that he is accepting his brother's overbearing interference, and that both of them have decided to keep Nazneen in the dark because that is supposedly what is good for the family, is SO disappointing and shows such such a lack of respect for Naz... I get it. They are trying to show that these are flawed characters and that is how life is. They are trying to get viewers to question our own interpretations of these characters. It hasn't worked with me, frankly. All that I can now think is that in the end, these are all just typical men. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I can't now actually start being more invested in these characters because oh so flawed they are! In fact, I am now a lot LESS interested in their stories. Satyadeep is the only reason why I am still kind of hoping for Imaan's redemption.

But I am certainly done with Sartaaj. Let us just say I am FURIOUS about the fact that even after everything, the man has the gall to pretend as though he has the moral high ground because he is honest about the fact that he does not love Harleen. What a truly terrible person, to be honest.

I just like how the the family stood with Harleen - like you said. A shout out to Veera especially. I love how much she loves Harleen. Also Satpal and Bauji. I like how Harleen at least has all these people who will stand by her side.

And I cried with Harleen today. She deserves the world. But I cannot imagine how terrifying this must be for her. To have the kind of blind trust she had in Sartaaj come crashing down, but be scary. And Amrita Puri was beyond OUTSTANDING today. You love her Harleen. When she laughs, you laugh with her. When she says she believes her husband, you want to believe her. And when her world comes down, you cry with her. She deserves so much better than Sartaaj.

Anyway, sorry I went off on a rant. Thanks for this post. :)

Love the reactions here. The intent wa only to keep everyone human. Step in their shoes and try to see what are the human and real possibilities.

I am actually one of the few who get "Sartaaj"..not that I don't dislike the cheating angle but I understand when he says he is not in love or when he finds himself overwhelmed by Harleen's goodness. It is interesting..honeytrap makes sense too, it happens alot . My problem was the execution ..but thats another story.
Harleen's breakdown was great, Amrita nailed it and continues to show that this serial has best cast on desi tv.

Sartaaj should be very vulnerable here, i want to see how Vikram reacts to that and for Harleen, it would be interesting journey from hereon. Will she stay married or discovers herself or chooses to fight for Sartaaj.

Imaan-Naaz

I am kinda unhappy here. I know Imaan had to be brought down a bit..but cheating really. Plain lazy writing yeah, because we NEVER saw Imaan guilty, apprehensive about Naaz's reaction to the letter, when he came back. It makes no sense , shouldn't there would have been some seed in his body language earlier. To me, it seems to be the easy way out to make that choice for Naaz- which is where I am pissed . The choice shouldn't be based on who or what Imaan be. This cheating angle seems to subsidize the guilt and someway makes the decision about Imaan than Naaz.

Salim- meh, cheating killed it for me..making him "grey" piles it on Naaz . Meh.

Vikram is fun and so is the dynamics between the Imaan and Sartaaj.

I am not looking for happy endings, redemption or anything but humans making choices and decisions.
Sartaaj feeling suffocated ..is normal..so is him not in love. cheating as pathetic be..made sense. But his PTSD should have been handled well. They really need to tie him up with Imaan. Makes me wonder where will Harleen go from here?.

Naaz is my most fav but yaar , Imaan ki cheating kinda ruins it for her. It's not that he cannot cheat but connect kaha hai..you just added it to bring out parallel play. Hmm.

Totally agree with each and every bit you said... Sartaj cheating I dislike but know that stuff like this is quite human and happens... Harleen's reaction was perfect and I really hope they dont succumb to SP standards... I want her to think rationally instead of giving Sartaj free chances to redeem himself...
Imaan's cheating angle was definitely a last minute thing, wish they'd gone for something else...
