todays hospital scene was so touchy.

And the way imaan was standing outside all alone that was heartbreaking... 💔 🥺

Whole family was inside with Shaira and Imaan was standing all alone made me cry so sad seen

The day is not far when he will be left alone hope this thing don't happen with him as don't deserve such curse

The 2 bg scores sed today were LOVE ..Painfully Beautiful...

And Imaan leaving the Room , when Shaira calls Salim ,,,It was like Imaan moved out to make way for Salim ,,,

The moment iman walks out of the room signalling Salim to meet shaira was so heart breaking . I felt sad for him & shaira lesser said better after the precap .this girl is too spoilt

I think so shaira will start feeling for imaan the flashbacks she is getting may change her mind... As they say imaan would never fail shaira... Seriously want to see daughter father bonding

That scene was indeed heartbreaking. 😭

Even his voice modulation was amazing... that strained emotion as he was responding to the doctor, and when he told Salim "tumhe yaad kar rahi thi... chachu" - his voice was really low but you could hear that he was holding back so much pain. And the little nervous gestures - forcing a smile for one of the doctors/nurses before Salim came over to him with the water bottle, fidgeting with his hands while waiting... It was subtle, yet so real and SO poignant 😭👏

I also want to point out that the scene when he's looking through the pictures on Shaira's phone and tearing up - when it starts, Naz is not around him. He's all alone, he has no "audience". This proves that the emotions are genuine - any theories we had about him playacting to assimilate with his family and avoid suspicion so that he could continue with whatever mission he was sent for are duly debunked. Although they could still make his patriotism a sham, his love for his family is definitely real.
