Hello guys,

Is there anybody here who has seen the l original series Hatufim or Prisoners of war??? Just anxious to know what the further plot is. So much addicted to the show [:;]

Especially the secret they are hiding, anyone who have seen??? Or creative guesses are also appreciated 😊

Tried. Tried so much finding out the plot of the story but I couldn't find it yaar !!!

And I saw a few minutes of Hatufim on Youtube, but it didnt have english subtitles. But I feel, there is more depth and emotion in the Indian version. Much much higher level of emotion, that can clearly be seen on the faces of the actors.

But must say found a lot of similarity in the guy who played Sartaj's character in hatufim and Sartaj here. The characteristics are incredible.

Haha, when coming to Indian shows/movies its always rich in emotions. Whether its an adoption or original series doesn't matter when coming to emotions in Indian shows. And yes I've searched for the plot in the entire Web but can't find it. It surprised me that a series that have been adopted in these many languages doesn't have a plot story listed anywhere on Web. [:S]

I looked it up on Wikipedia and was disappointed to read a spoiler free synopsis. All I gathered was that the characters have been interchanged in terms of whose wife moved on in his absence. I must say, this change makes for a very interesting dynamic.

I have a theory that Imaan is more involved in the mission, if they do have one, and Sartaj is a an unwilling ally. Again, I'll admit I've missed a few scenes in the first week itself. Sartaj clearly has PTSD and is constantly haunted by his memories. Imaan, not so much. Sartaj seemed to be genuinely happy and proud at the felicitation and when Harleen tied his pagdi.

I'm waiting to watch how the story unfolds! Also I think the Morse code on stage will end up being something perfectly innocent. The one in the CCTV footage...maybe not.

At the Launch , Purab mentioned that the show is based on Hatufim and not Homeland .
Ab I don't know if he wanted to give credit to original one or point it out that the show is not like Homeland .

Oh hoo then I really hope they don't go the homeland way, but as we are unaware about the plot of hatufim its totally impossible to say how it will turn out... 😔

Hey! Homeland had only one POW - Brody! And yes, he turned out to be a terrorist, though he redeemed himself later it just didnt end well for him at all. If this show goes the Homeland way then its going to be very difficult to watch. Lets hope not. (Btw Brody's character no more exists in homeland now, the show has moved on)
