The show is brilliant. More than obsessed, I'm pleasantly inspired, and glad that the Indian entertainment industry has the penchant for building such great thrillers. I'm also kind of glad it's Advani's show, because then, it means it might last for longer than I've seen some really good shows hit the dust.
I don't think there's a harm in watching all those *crappy* (no offence meant!) shows, as long as enough attention and importance is given to good shows. I catch a Big Boss episode on a weekend when Salman is there or TKSS just to laugh at idiosyncrasies. I know it's crap, I still watch it once in a while. I think the problem lies when those shows are put on a higher pedestal than genuinely good shows. Shows that suffer because either our population is too narrow-minded, or intellectually devoid to promote shows
I'm waiting for the day our attention starts shifting from rich, misogynists brats (who think they look like Greek Gods btw) falling for damsel in distress and suddenly turning over a new leaf, to content-driven, mind stimulating stories like these. I have no issues against those shows doing well. I have an issue against shows like POW suffering because of them though.
