To feel comfortable by eating less and proper sleep -

-- You should eat in several intervals. Instead of eating three full meals a day, you should eat in proportions five times a day. This way, you will not feel heavy after eating and it also assists in the digestive process, thus having a decent metabolism rate.

-- Sleeping is completely up to you. To get proper sleep, either make a routine of sleeping for eight hours every night. Or break the time frame into two and sleep for four hours and then another four hours in the day. Just as you give importance for eating, you have to give importance for sleep as well for you to get proper sleep.
