The answer to your question -
There may be three reasons for not feeling hungry/eating at the right time but feel sleepy...
1. It could just be as simple as your metabolism rate to be slow during that particular time of the day.
2. It could be because your body requires more nutrients. Your body does not always tell you that you need to consume food for energy. Thus, you would disregard it, which will make your body to feel drowsy or sleepy with not as much energy.
3. It could just be a lack of sleep earlier or more than full appetite for the meal before that is making you feel sleepy now.
