First Week will be Observation of the Environment... Next Employee Training... In this week, u will learn how to be a basic employee first so that u can understand an employee's role while being the presidents... Third Week will be Management Week... This is where u develop the skills of managing a company and its branches... Final week is Conclusion... U will be refined and furnished to take up this responsibility in a skillful manner by the end of your training...Throughout the training, you will have several sessions of learning with your parents...a few or all at the same time... Karthik: Okay so obviously we are freshers and we don't have a whole lot of hands-on experience... Since it will be hard on us for a few months just to take care of this headquarters, will it be possible for us to manage our other branches throughout the world as well?
