BD returns home from office and shows Bobby an MMS of a certain Mr. Tyagi's daughter with a boy on his cell. He worries about the changing social environment of the current times and feels bad for Mr.Tyagi who's getting to face much humiliation for this MMS. He asks for Babli and Bobby tells him that she hasn't returned yet from school, since she's attending extra classes on mathematics. BD laments that he's weak in the subject else he could have himself taught her. Shivay appears and BD expresses his concern to Him, telling Him that He wouldn't understand his worry since He doesn't have a daughter. Shivay tells him that all women of this creation are His daughters and suggests BD to teach Babli mathematics. BD tells Him that he's searching for a suitable teacher on the subject already.
Enters Batuk Lal, who sings latest Bollywood numbers and daydreams about Babli - his crush. His friends suggest him to directly approach Babli and seek her friendship but BatukLal decides otherwise, since it might spoil his impression on her. His friends suggest impressing her mother instead and Batuk agrees. He finds Bobby struggling with the groceries on her way to home and decides to help her. Batuk easily impresses her with his polite manners and reveals that he's Mr. Rastogi's son. On the other hand, BD goes to the vendor to get some vegetables and comes to know that a certain Mr.Tiwari's daughter has eloped with a cricketer. He fiercely defends the girl's innocence when the ladies of the neighborhood try to malign her. He laments to Shivay as to why He didn't do anything to stop all tho'ese since it brought so much dishonor to the concerned families. Shivay tells him to stop gossiping instead, as it ruins people's honor much more. BD reprimands the ladies for gossiping and they taunt him back. A worried BD tells Shivay about his concern for Babli, who's a grown-up girl now. Shivay tells him that she won't get involved with any cricketer, and BD rightly points out that not all boys are cricketers, he can be anyone out to harm his innocent child.
BatukLal comes home with the groceries and Bobby is skeptical about letting him stay longer. Babli comes up with a theorem and BatukLal, in a bid to impress her, claimed to be quite a genius at mathematics. Bobby immediately appoints him as Babli's teacher, but unfortunately for him, Babli keeps addressing him as bhaiya'. Meanwhile BD returns home with Govardhan to find an unknown guy with Babli. He freaks out when BatukLal addresses him as Papaji' in the name of good manners. Bobby introduces him to her husband, adding that henceforth he'll be teaching Babli mathematics. Bobby leaves to prepare snacks and Batuk follows her. Both BD and Govardhan disapprove of Batuk's presence and when he returns, they chide him for being away from home since morning without his parent's knowledge. Together they literally shoo him away. Bobby reveals that Batuk was going to teach Babli free of charge, when other teachers would charge about Rs.1500 a month. Finally he agrees to Bobby's decision to avoid the expenses.
Next morning, Babli is late for school. She requests BD to drop her to school on his way to office, but BD is equally late. They find Batuk at Mithailal's shop and Bobby requests him to drop Babli to school. BatukLal agrees and leaves with Babli. In the evening, BD discovers them along with Bobby enjoying snacks at a local vendor and freaks out again. Next morning, BatukLal comes home for tuition classes but ends up playing childish games with Babli. BD gets more worried and sends him away on the pretext of learning the games first.
Next morning, Batuk's friends hand him over a love letter and chocolate to gift Babli as she returns home from school. Batuk does as he's told and tries his best to impress Babli, who in her innocence accepts the chocolate and tells him to remain the same nice guy that he has always been. Overwhelmed by her faith and innocence, Batuk decides against doing anything that harms her. He gets into a massive argument over this with his friends when they try to insult Babli and ends up getting beaten by them. Later in the day, the boys decide to take revenge on Batuk. They write derogatory comments on him and Babli on BD's wall. When BD returns home from office, he immediately notices the comments and gets furious on Batuk. He rushes into his house to find Batuk teaching Babli and drags him out by his collar, accusing him of defaming his daughter. Batuk denies knowing anything. Luckily for him, his father Mr. Rastogi rushes to save him in the nick of time but matters get worse when he questions Babli's role in the fiasco. BD gets furious at this. Later he talks to Shivay, who tells him that he had actually coupled his own fears with people's opinions and reacted irrationally without checking the facts first.
Next day Babli gets late in returning home from school. BD and Bobby get worried, as she isn't even with her friends. BD remembers Babli defending Batuk before and his entire anger turns towards Babli this time, as he assumes that she's with Batuk willingly. He rushes to Mr.Rastogi's house and openly accuses Batuk eloping with Babli. Mr. Rastogi gets furious as Batuk is actually present at home. The two fathers get involved in a heated argument and was heading towards a fight, when Govardhan steps in to inform them that Babli is actually with him. In fact she had gone to meet her Mausi, and Govardhan had informed the same to Papaji , who didn't inform them on time leading to the entire fiasco. BD is suitably embarrassed at this revelation and begs pardon from Mr.Rastogi for all the insults hurled at him and his son. He tells him about his fatherly concerns for his daughter and Mr.Rastogi also understands his opinion. He allows Batuk to visit them occasionally. Later Shivay teases him for his decisions and tells him to deal with his kids with love, care and patience so that they never betray his trust.
