Show start with bobby is cleaning the home. Bhagwan das came and bobby give him dustbin and told him to throw the trash only in dustbin... Bhagwan das saw there is some trash in front of verma house...he throw his all the trash their...after this someone calling him Kachra wala...Bhagwan das saw its shivay...Bhagwan Das told him he is not kachra wala...Shivay ask..if who give milk is milkman, who is making the tea for you is teaman, so who throw the trash in open is karchra wala. Babuji and bobby is reading the newspaper then verma ji came with dustbin and ask them is it there trash...and bobby confirmed. after that verma empty the dustbin in bhagwan das house. bobby clear trash and give to babuji for throw the trash a proper trash area. Babuji with trash searching for dustbin. after lots of searching babuji found a dustbin. Babuji throw the trash their. But street dog is start running behind the babuji...
Govardhan came with raddish and told bobby to make pakode. After some time babuji came in ragamuffin mode. Bhagwan Das says to goverdhan why he is not doing anything about trash. Goverdhan says it is not his work. Shivay appear and called Bhagwan Das as Kachra wala. Goverdhan ask Bhagwan Das what is doing..and ask Pole is more important than him as Bhagwan talk with pole. Next Morning bhagwan das reading the newspaper and he read political readers will clean the city on 2nd october. Shivay appears and told bhagwan das that trash will not disappear by sweep away..it will disappear if peoples not throw the trash. shivay tease bhagwan das call him karchre wale. Bhagwan das starts sweep away all the trash. Bobby told him that he is looking like Khanna and give broom to bhagwan das. Bhagwan das start cleaning the house. after some time some people of Papita pandey leader came and announce that the leader will came tomorrow for cleaning their area. people are gossiping about leader cleanliness. Bobby told everyone to throw all the trash in front of their house. Bhagwan das and bubbly are returning from market bubbly told him to purchase a new broom. then Batuk Lal came and give a new broom to bubli and told bhagwan das that broom was distributed by Leader peoples.
Next Morning bobby call people for throw the trash in front of their house. people starts it. After some time more and more trash are their. then leader people came and said that leader will not to life this trash. they will came with their own VIP trash and their trash is hygienic and bectria free. after that leader man says to call leader and media. when leader came people are trying to talk with the leader. Babuji ask leader to say anything about cleanliness. Leader is not prepring any speech for it he only preparing a speech for hindi language. His man suggest him to speak that speech and use trash replacing hindi. everyone shocked to hear the speech. Bhagwan das told leader he does not know what he said and gave a proper speech and ask people for help him to clean area. People agreed and start cleaning the area.
