She used to address Ansh as Sugarlips so, the older members of this forum named her as Poison Lips and in short PL...😆
What a logic 🤣
Thanks for telling

Ruby aka Sonya did full justice to the character, her beauty, styling, way she carries herself was bang on! She was great in episode, I agree she was damn interesting and powerful character and they randomly made her a sidekick. But then glorification..
Ruby really was smart, way she played bechari. Served right for Ved.
Exactly... I actually loved Ruby at this time. She was shown to be smart and clever who knew what she had to do... I was actually looking forward for her scenes post PL-Ansh marriage... I never thought that they would turn her into such a useless and dumb character...
I actually started getting irritated when Mo entered and they started showing her as incapable of making even a simple plan... Then came the biggest stupidity of joining hands with Naman, the person who dared to double cross Mo!!! Didn't she think even once that the person who double crossed Mo could do the same with her? Plus she gave her powers to him!! Not to forget that she struck a second deal with him when he had already broken one deal with her!!!
I actually enjoyed that scene when Ved came out of trance and realised that she got Ansh married to a Daayan and she herself acted as the Pandit!!!
Yes, a great logic...
Even I didn't know this for a long time... I used to get confused and then I read the older discussions and realised it's meaning...
Ved seriously talked so so much of nonsense, drama and no logic. She didn't think once or cross check Ruby. She forcing marriage was truckload of Crap. Joke was she once didn't think why is Ruby ready so easily. 🤣
Exactly... I have already ranted enough about her stupidity. Chalo maan liya, according to her and PL, she was Ansh's girlfriend so, she was ready to marry him... But, what was wrong in cross checking once? Koi problem to nahi thi na? Then PL was the only one around there when the sparrows and the fish died and the lemons turned black... Still she didn't even think of questioning her?
Coming to that, she brought a "Daivik" in her house... Yet, not even once did she ask her "hone wali bahu" to join the family in doing Mata Rani's aarti? Aise to jab dekho aarti ki thaali lekar khadi ho jaati hai...
Siblings bond, loved both siblings was so practical and to the point. They cared for Ansh but didn't keep advertising like Ved! Unfortunately Ansh was an idiot to not see. No offence but felt Ved took space of siblings too. Really felt their bond should have been maintained occasionally atleast like Naira and Naksh.
Rishi was particularly my favourite among the siblings... He was actually a funny character. I really liked his scenes with Ansh and others, especially the one where he was forcing Ansh to come for the college trip and then his scene where the siblings were shocked at Ansh remembering the ekadashi and other days...
The siblings really cared for Ansh... In fact, when Ansh experienced all the changes taking place in him for the first time, he confided in his siblings only. He didn't confide in Ved...
I am glad that I used to read only WU back then. The good thing was I never really had to endure Ved's drama. And the bad thing is that I supported her for trying to safeguard Ansh. 🤢 Worse - I missed out the intense PiyAnsh phase. ðŸ˜
The first episode that actually made an impact on me was 211 - when Ansh stabbed Piya.
I have said it multiple times. I found Niyati to be underutilized and Harsh an average and in some instances below average actor. But in that particular episode, they both blew me away. So I started watching the initial episodes and the current ones and became a fan of PiyAnsh - which I wasn't earlier.
And going by the initial episodes, I really wish they kept Ansh's character intense because Harsh portrayed it so well. With his Bheegi Billi Kumar act - he is not convincing to me like he is in transition.
There is Zameen Asman Ka Fark if I consider WU and original episodes.
Ved is really really really an obsessed character who got a free pass for one sacrifice of hers and brought nothing but misery for Ansh. I really loved the cousin specially Neha for always believing in him. In fact she was almost as excited as Ansh when Piya was waiting for her medical report. Such a beautiful character.
Ruby was really interesting. I definitely enjoyed Mo's planning and her menacing avtar. But the way they reduced Ruby's character it's not done. In fact there are so many episodes where Piya is missing or given 10 secs for crying. But Ved just rulled the screen space.
Probably I would have liked her, had they written her as a strong character like Kumudini was in KD. I genuinely feel it was Kumu who was the central character but not Aradhya. But they beautifully complimented each other. Ved falls under no category. She is the embodiment of sick parenting and nothing more. 🤢

Completely agree with you...
I have been watching it since the beginning so I know what exactly is Ved. I was actually inclined to be a little sympathetic towards her initially considering the fact that she was hell scared of Mo.. In fact, even though I was not angry with Ansh for speaking harshly to her, I was slightly disappointed. Although, when I watched it again, I felt that Ansh had actually given her a very small dose..
Ved actually ruled the screen space... And I actually hated this thing back then and I hate this thing now also...
Ruby was interesting... I had never expected that she would be turned into such a useless sidekick and a dumb character. I had better expectations from her.
I was glad when Sonya joined KZK because that would give her exposure. But even there she wasn't utilized properly. I wish someday she gets better opportunity and grows as an actor. 😊

Well, even I was glad when she joined kzk... Didn't watch so I don't know anything about that show.
Hopefully she will get more opportunities in the future... She is really good.
I don't watch KZK. 😆 But I visit their forum often for entertainment. Sometimes I used to watch random scenes when people were discussing regarding it. Hence came across her part. Total waste they made. But then again, if they could reduce Bajaj's character to a clown, Sonya's character was only his cousin. 🤔
Coming to that, which episode are you guys planning to discuss next?
