I think the locket had created some aura or circle around it and it hurt Mohona. Else it does not make sense

I feel that its blooper ...I mean come on pia is not custom made for diffrent dyans ...if it affects mohana which is much more powerful then it has to affect ruby...it has to be blooper or does the locket only works when its out.

And opening of the locket to expose pia's pic to Mohana's nazar or the shocked expression from Mohana might be due to her recognizing Pia as the one who is seen with Ansh. Now she will realize Pia is notan ordinarygirl. Mohana being affected just by the pic of pia while the chotu dayanR Ruby being able to touch her doesnt make sense
