I think Ruby Touched Pia through her dupatta at Ansh's place... So that's why she didn't get a shock as there was no direct skin contact. .

Pia has touched ansh many times via clothing also e.g yhe pool scene. so i dnt think it is skin touch or maybe it will become a blooper
