Love - if you completed reading the whole convo I was having you woulda seen jus why I commented in that manner.

Well I guess we should end this conversation because our bottom-line thinking is different 😆

I don't think efforts necessarily have to be visible through the dance. I think putting in tons of effort doesn't always mean that you will get a good result. Like sometimes we can put in as much effort as possible, if we don't have the talent for a certain thing, then it's not going to work. So my thinking was just that maybe Charlie just doesn't have the talent to dance well (I don't believe that anybody can become a good dancer with practice, some people just don't have the body, flexibility, ability to dance which is the case with Charlie I feel).

But isn't saying she doesn't put effort or she doesn't love her bf more like biased judgements about someone?? This is not to spark an argument, so don't hate on me, I just had to ask.. because I really think its unfair to claim that someone is not putting in effort when you don't know how hard they might be working

Well, like you said you cannot turn a blind eye to her terrible dancing. And certainly she may be putting in the effort, you must be if you are participating in this kinda show, but that doesn't mean at the end of day you should be offered the winners spot, each and every contestant on the show are putting in the effort. For me however, Charlie's efforts don't show through. You can dismiss slight imperfections and errors during initial stages of the show but this has been a ongoing trend for her and one can only be so forgiving. Another reason she irks my soul is the continuous sobs and excuses in cover of her weak performances. I ain't a victim of cheap, sob stories and calculated methods to earn/arouse votes.

About biased judgement? I think not. My opinion may differ to yours however that does qualify it of being biased. Come a good performance of C-A's and I will deffo appreciate it but really by then, they should be gone, they've been given enuff chances to redeem themselves but continued to fall short at their end.

Well like I said in my previous post I think we should end the convo because I don't buy the entire idea that efforts have to show through in a performance. All those sayings that effort and practice can make you good at anything and everything are nice to hear, but they're not true. If you don't have the talent, body, flexibility, natural postural balance to perform well, then Charlie can put as much effort as she wants it won't work, and it won't show to anyone either. I guess you think otherwise. In your eyes your judgement about her effort is a fact given what you see her do on stage, but the reality is that it remains a highly biased judgement because you haven't seen her NOT putting in the effort.
And I'm not a fan of this girl. Her crying irks me too. And the out-of-place expressions she gives in her acts irk me as well. And like you, I would be highly disappointed and upset if they end up winning NB. But to think that everyone can become a good dancer if they put the effort in, and that if they don't become good dancers automatically means they're not working hard, doesn't sit well with me. Some people are not as talented as others, but that doesn't mean we also demean their hard work.

Right well, not more that can be said in that case. But good discussion. Cheers.

see its a reality show and people vote according to their favourite...
if you are a huge fan of a contestant and they lack something in their performance i bet you will vote for them only...
its natural... and charmar is actually very hard working...amar have to practice more than just this two performance...their shooting schedule is really tight unlike other jodi's...so charmar deserve to win.and as i know amar he will be back with a bang...love charmar...ay to go

I wouldn't go that far, yh Charlie-Amar's sched is packed but so are others. Channels like Starplus are more demanding. And Sargun is managing between two shows so I don't think for any contestant this excuse is plausible I mean they opt to participate on this show having considered the circumstances.

Agreed taking on a show is ones choosing and cannot be used as an excuse for anything because their are many contestants on the show that are not doing one thing on the side they are doing other things to.But charmar seem to be the only ones that mention it.

if packed sched r 2 talked then Karan & neelu hav also this & more than atleast charlie.and more over till 4 weeks ago sargun's sched was most packed wid her doing 2 oder shows apart from NB. but wen it started showing on her perf & she was getting low in her dance she quitted one of the show.so here all contestants has either both partners r doing oder show or one is doing except Jay-mahi who r doing 24/7 wid no oder show!! and may b charlie can't quit the oder show but atleast she can ask PH 2 give her break 4 sumtime as tracks can b changed in the shows sumtimes 2 adjust their actor's probs.
tho i know charlie is trying 2 work hard but its not visible in her dances. may b like sum1 said that its bcoz she can't dance v.nicely like oders.😊
tho i won't mind charmar in top 5 or 6 but they defntly don't deserve 2 win as a couple but if there wud'd been solo competition then amar was most deserving.😊

and i agree ppl vote 4 their favs & its natural. but still we can vote 4 those who r truly deserving & also improving.

and i m not Charlie hater . i like her tho i don't like wen she started crying every time except in her 1st or 2nd epi where she was rudely told by sajid 4 not doing hard work & on her mom's death.
