LOL I doubt it because in the beginning he wasn't even moving his thumb he was just focused solely on staring at Aditi that is what has everyone talking. This has to be the longest he has stared at her that too making it so obvious. Its become a habit now to see him looking at her in their segments, its hard not to fall for them.

He's smitten by her its been obvious for months now, he is different around her compared to his other female co stars. It is like you said its something that is evident whether you ship them or not. This segment only made it more obvious, he was so lost in the moment at the beginning and could not take his eyes off her. I can't blame him when fans can fall for her personality and infectious smile, how can he resist?

No this time around there is no overthinking, this staring was the longest he has done so. It could not be ignored, it was the first thing everyone noticed.

They are making it harder given their latest segments, there was that gift segment where Zain wanted to share his gifts with Aditi it was a mug and a pen which took fans by surprise. The way Zain stares at her it can melt anyone's heart, this is the most obvious he has made it in the segments so far. Whatever bond they share now its really a treat to watch from their awkward stage to now. A fan even posted a pic of before and after Aditi and Zain in the same spot, the before pic showing Zain saying Aditi needs to open up more and then one from this segment the difference is so obvious.
