In kasturi, FL hated her ex n fell in love with her husband.then only she consummated.the shows which you mentioned are old.those times all other production houses too followed ekta's multiple marriage system.the only decent shows were kumkum, kuch is tara n kayamat.the male leads were not exactly womanizers.but they showed they getting intimate with another woman in drunken state or marries many other women n men.but the trend has changed.pavitrarishta is the last indecent show.none of the hindi shows is showing infidelity unless its about EMA.the scene was awkward,but rishab was not planning to get intimate with pratha.sincw last many years consummation happens very late n also only with the woman the ML loves.

I really don't remember the names, but ML loved another woman who was pregnant with his child, but he married another one and consummated with her in the first night despite having no feelings for her. To me, it looked as Rishabh wanted to go all the way if it wasn't for him getting drunk, and that didn't go down well with me.

In kdb karan has no gf.in BL n kkb the ML is forcefully married to another woman the ML doesn't love.but there is no physical intimacy bcz they don't love the other woman .there is no 2 timing by loving both girls n getting intimate with both.in molkki n yhm the ML married the FL after getting separated from the ex wife.but in molkki later the first wife returned n she was thrown out.in parineeti the ML is forced to marry another woman he doesn't love,but its about polygamy but its too early to say about its treatment.but in older shows ekta's leads both male n female used to marry others n get intimate ..have children too.her male leads used to have one night stands in drunken state too.now a days in ekta shows the vamp goes after the ML,but the ML loves only the FL,doesn't romance the vamp.all other ph too followed ekta's immoral shows..after PR that didn't happen.

Yes, her latest Bagya Lakshmi! I've forgotten about this one... I've even watched a couple of episodes and no offence if it's any of its fans here, but I found the ML purely disgusting.

I just wish Ekta kept Rishabh here a little more clear in his actions and thoughts. Likewise, I've seen other complaining about its inconsistency. If he hadn't been in love with Reem, his actions and getting closer to Pratha would have been more understandable. There is still time to fix his character, hope they used it wisely.

And now I remember that I watched YYCH at the beginning and the ML tried to force himself on FL on the first night, literally... You're right... another level of problematic and regressive content... her male leads seem to be allowed to do almost everything.

BL hero is the most spineless n confused hero.but there was no physical intimacy with both the girls.if BL was made 15 years back he would have done two timing n produced kids.

its also true that the writer forgot the characteristics of rishab. Bcz in the first or 2nd episode since rishab was not romancing reem,rishab said that its bcz they are friends n its arranged marriage..so he needs time.after 2 or 3 episodes rishab said that he loves Reem,he is not expressive n that's why he is not romancing her.they are just showing that he is going closer to pratha just to make her feel that he loves her.in most of the hindi shows leads romance even when they hate each other.bcz they feel that romance can grab the attention of the viewers.so they add unnecessary romance.in yhc there was no rape attempt.he tried to scare her which was not right.but he didn't try to molest her.

Seems like we have different views on the same situations. The hero of YYCH did try to force himself on the FL on the first night, he stopped only because Saransh entered the room. Rishabh stopped because he got drunk. I don't contractict you regarding BL because I haven't really watch it.

During yhc I had read the posts.no one said it was rape.rishab wouldn't have got intimate with pratha for sure.what they showed in BL is horrible. The ML was forced to marry the FL as only she can save him from kundali dosh n the parents promised him that after a year he can divorce her.within a few weeks he started feeling for the FL but he felt that he was cheating his gf n suppressed his emotions for the FL.his wife left him knowing that he loves gf n married her only bcz of kundali dosh.but now he can't love his gf as he loves his ex wife.stilk he is trying to convince himself that he doesn't love.i have seen only a few episodes n promos.but he is the most stupid ML.but if all these shows were made years back they would have got intimate with many others other than their real love.bcz now such immoral shows dont work.Thanks to Rajan shahi who saved hindi serials from the immoral era started by ekta.bcz of rajan shahi even ekta doesn't have the courage to show one night stands she used to show years back.

My case is different. While I think they make a nice pair on screen as they are both good-looking, I don't feel there is much chemistry between them. Reason: BB is too recent, so I can't get lost in the story! For me, they are Simba and Teja who are playing Rishabh and Pratha and until now they have never made me forget it while watching the episodes.

And the constant videos/photos of Teja and Karan in the SM doesn't help much either. I have to remind myself to distinguish between reel and real. All actors have a personal life, but I don't think it has ever been a situation when a TV actress/actor had so much exposure of their real relationship in the media while his/her show was on air.

Also, there are scenes when Pratha looks too mature and Simba too boyish, almost like a kid which again takes away something from the chemistry, at least for me.

But, having said this, I still believe they are doing justice to their parts and the story is worth watching it, as a show doesn't rely only on chemistry... and should not even rely on chemistry only.

@Bold- completely agreed. In some scenes Pratha looks mature and older than Rishabh, I think that's because Teja is indeed older than Simba and even in BB she used to look like his elder sister. Simba has quite boyish looks but they have done a pretty decent job with him on this show, I mean by giving him a slightly rough and manly look considering he is playing an army officer, otherwise he looks like a sweet and super-cute guy in his early 20s or something😆

She is acting as an innocent, simple, traditional girl. So why would a traditional girl stop her husband from coming closer to her? She practically had an arranged marriage, her own father agree to with and had no objection when the groom changed, so there are no reasons for her to deny him intimacy.

As for Rishabh... This guy is on a whole other level. No matter what reason he has, I don't like how he wants to get intimate with Pratha despite the fact that he loves Reem so much... He just broke her heart, shattered her dreams of marriage, she was about to commit suicide, yet he is ready to consummate with Pratha so soon!? But, this is an Ekta show, so this will not be the first time in her shows that she has a male lead that loves someone else and gets intimate with another woman.

Umm I beg to differ but I don't think he would have gone that far, as in he surely wasn't planning on consummating with her or anything, atleast IMO.

If you ask me, I don't think it's so much because Teja is older than Simba, because she definitely hasn't changed much over the years and her face skin looks perfect, she really takes good care of herself... I've seen it in her vlogs 😆

... but it's more about the looks she gives sometimes. I feel she has developed a very strong personality over the years, and that transpires through her character as well. She should try to control it. While it works in her Naagin avatar, it doesn't suit Pratha now and certainly not later when she will be in love with Rishabh.

In Madhubala, Vivian was also younger than Drashti, but it was never felt like this. Actually, I was surprised to find out later that she was older than he. In Shakti, Simba was also younger than Jigyasa, and again it was never felt.

In sab me rishi from kasam thoda different dha .but uska bhi alag level ka maa ka prem dha Jo problem create karthi dhi.leads ke beech pyaar dha but vishvas nahi dha .aur toh aur heroine ki feelings nikalwane keliye jealous feel karwana aur vamps uss baat ka poora faidha bhi udathi hai.sabse badi stupidity
