So the Adi-Naagin is roughly 36 lakhs years old. But the Sheshnaagin is some crores years old, so she is from the dinosaur period. Mystery solved 😆

Technically the strongest is Bani but Mahanaagrani is at the highest position. Like the empire is under her control. Then comes Naagrani and others.
On simpler terms, Sarvashresth Naagin is like Superhero of the Serpent universe and Naagrani is the Administrator (do some savior things as well) of the Naaglok😆
Shesh Naagin is nothing but a clan (vansh). There are many clans in the franchise like Kusarp vansh, Takshak Vansh and Nidhog Vansh. And all our Naagins belongs to Shesh Naag Vansh.

But I still think ki Sheshnaagin is older than the Adi naagin because it was told in the pilot episode that she is ancient, I mean crores of years old, in some hibernating mode. Maybe she is a supreme being, who is directly related to the sheshnaag, and Pratha was given her powers. Pratha might have been a normal Naagin and the Sheshnagin's powers were conferred upon her or something.
