Now it is final that mouni will play the lead role.

And anyways, I am not interested in chandrakanta. None of my fave actors are there and the actors chosen does not fit their respective roles.

Now kavach had misfit heroine in Mona singh. I am sure madhurima tuli won't do a very good job as chandrakanta. Hope to see her in some realistic roles. But I don't think chandrakanta will get Naagin trps.

And ekta might push adaa and sudha mam out but forget about pushing out mouni roy.

And ekta definitely will not do the role reversal. She will not stop producing naagin with mouni roy until we don't throw eggs at her.

And honestly, naagin should have been a daily soap instead of seasonal show. Ekta does not have a penny idea of american style series.

And believe me, season 3 will be the last. Or max, season 4.

S2 is last for me...S3/S4...i am not interested...i am bored...i wish EK gives a new show to mouni with a great role rather than playing the same role again n again...anyways made up my mind not watching S3...but will definitely read updates...as i am still attached to Naagin...but i don't have strength to tolerate it...

I agree with u...naagin should be a daily soap rather than a finite series...india sucks in finite series...they don't have innovative ideas that the americans has...i just love TVD...my fav Damon Salvatore...

so what's next..exact replica Roshiv's daughter taking revenge and protecting naagmani...🤣...no matter how many script changes channel n EK will do...it will be back to square one revenge n naagmani...😆

@luna...mona is not misfit in the show...its the show itself was very dark...furthermore vivek dahiya was a bad choice...they should have casted someone who suits mona...the only saving grace in the show was arjun n mona...

as for CK...the show is not aired yet so can't come to a conclusion now...it might not take naagin trps...but it will make a good name for itself if the plot n story is good...madhurima is a good actress so is vishal aditya singh...all the yesteryears actors are in the show...i will watch it...of course there is my most fav actor the handsome Dhruv Bhandari...😳...i am watching for him

S3...spare me from the show...i had enough of 'maa baba ka qatil'...'naagin hoon mein'...its annoying now

well...i am not watching S3...but hope EK gives a brain and job rather than romance only for S3 ML...whoever its playing

Ritik Raheja was a good character becos S1 took 3-4 yrs to materialise before it came on-screen...thus everything was brilliant...EK had plenty of time write proper plots and characters...

S2 was rushed n hurry that everything went haywire for the main leads n Rocky Nikanj being badly written for a versatile actor KV...EK should have written a role that suits KV's persona...she knows his style of characters...such a weak character for a versatile actor...highly disappointing and i expect something better...only rudra's character standout...everyone is disappointing in S2...including shivangi...sesha n yamini

S3...after S2 disaster...hope for the best...once again the show is in Nov...short notice of period...thus things will be haywire n rushed...i hope not

Even though S1 had a lot of flaws, it was not as bad as S2. Plus the biggest USP of S1 was the chemistry between the leads. It's was capital HOT and made every scene sizzle. Unfortunately the "lead" couple of S2 failed to ignite even a tiny spark and fizzled out like a damp matchstick. And I agree with all your points but the Ritik one. He was central to the storyline. Every plot and subplot was connected to him. He was not just a useless lead there to romance the Naagin. He had a purpose. The same can't be said of Rocky. And to top it off, my GOD, he is just so dumb. There are glaring holes in his family stories(For example the marriage day massacre of Shivangi's family and guests while his family was untouched and then he being hit on the head while surrounded by his family) but the idiot fails to question them ALL the FREAKING TIME. Once, twice and maybe even thrice can be excused but ALL THE TIME? Nope. That just makes you a special kind of stupid. Honestly, KVB was wasted in this show. Rocky is the worst of the worst character that he has ever played. Also, just my POV but I feel like KVB had matured to the point where a chocolate lover boy role does not suit him anymore. He should stick to dynamic roles like from Saubhagyavati or from Qubool Hai. Rocky is a joke and a badly told one at that. The guy has no substance whatsoever. He is the most useless showpiece character I've ever seen on Indian TV.

Rocky and Shivangi's love story is another joke of the season. They were too hasty and that just ruined everything. And now it's so far gone that nothing can save that sinking ship.

The villains..boy are they lame this season. In S1, the villains had some character, some maliciousness..this time they were just a laughing stock.

If there is a season 3 than the theme has to be reincarnation. They cannot milk the Maa-Baba ka badla in S3 too. They will have to change the storyline. People are just not invested enough in Rocky-Shivangi to want to see their love story in S3. They tanked quite well and good in S2, why would they carry forward that mistake in S3? So it has to be Rivanya..especially if Colors is wanting to get AB back. Which I highly doubt because of that Pardes show of his. Unless that show is about to have a hero change or go offair. Also I personally don't want him back because well the swapping crap will restart and since I love ArNi I will be forced to watch that annoying nonsense which horrifies me a bit.😆

And Mouni and Adaa are actresses..they gotta earn. Actors play the same role for years and years on end so why can't and won't they take up S3 if they are being paid well?

Anyways, Mages, dhruv is not part of chandrakanta.He auditioned of course, but he is not there. Fahad ali is going to be part of it so is urvashi dholakia. And talking about yesteryears actors being part of it, I don't know where you got the news.

And talking about storyline, chandrakanta bound to have a bad storyline. Ekta butchers whatever historicals she has done. She always has the tendency to scandalise everything. Watch chandranandini. You will get a whiff of what I am trying to mean.

Except for sets, it does not feel like it happened in the past. Only rajat tokas is there to salvage the show. And good actress does not mean she will do every role well. Chandrakanta is originally a damsel in distress and I am sure ekta will scandalise her more. I am just shuddering at the thought of this show.

If they could follow the original novel, it would have been nice.

But, going by ekta's track record, she will do whatever to grab the eyeballs. There might be saas bahu drama and shivdutt might rape chandrakanta.

Ekta will obviously scandalise the show.

And since people are already negative about this show since life ok already has a show on this book and colors still did not shut this show.

Also raj nayak's times are really not good. Naagin S2 got lower trps, swami om -bigg boss, he couldn't scare life ok to shut their chandrakanta like he forced star plus to stop their version of ashoka 2 yrs back and now sunil grover is getting his own show on sony.

Raj nayak had offered sunil his own show on colors with a big signing price but sunil decided to keep quiet because he wanted not to make controversy.

And keep praying naagin season 3 does not come.

by the way who is chandrakanta...can i know what is she all abt?...if you could tell something abt her...kritika is looking gorgeous as CK

as for Naagin 3...both the seasons are great success...though S2 has less trps compared to S1...but its still the No 1 show in the country...so Colors will not let go theor golden goose till audience are not bored of it

I agree . Let mouni be doing vamp role and Adaa playing the lead role . But i know it won't happen and also their will be lot of comparisons leading to more fights. Why the hell they even need S3. S2 was enough. Bearing it just for Adaa she is amaing. I love KVB but don't get why he played rocky after doing amazing roles like viraj and Aahil.

I am disappointed with KV's choice...seriously a character like rocky...its the worst character in his career graph...after playing amazing roles like prem...aahil...viraj...rocky is the weakest...didn't he read the role properly...

I would prefer a role reversal...even now there are fights...that is for online audience not for general audience...the general audience might accept it...we can have some changes both mouni and adaa are leads just switch it...it would be a fresh change...rather than seeing old things again n again...

I know it will not happen thus not watching it

Anyways, there's a possibility that pardes might go off air. So if it really does happen, then ekta might bring arjun in naagin 3.

Kvb probably took the role in naagin because he thought being in naagin would give him more popularity since it is already an established show.

But I also think rocky is a poorly written character but they have got absolutely the wrong guy.

@Mages, chandrakanta is a epic fantasy tale about how a damsel in distress falls in love with a prince from a rival kingdom. I can't say much because the book is in hindi and I have not watch any of the shows. If you can read hindi, please read the book because non of the tv shows can convey the story properly. It is actually a love story with espionage and sci fi, but they made it a supernatural show which is the flavour of the season.I don't think ekta will make the show based on the book.

She will make a rotten version of the neerja guleri show on dd. And even that show was disputed because of the extreme creative liberties taken. So don't watch any of the chandrakanta tv shows without reading the book and even if you watch, don't think that's authentic because then, ekta made yhm based on custody book and having read that, the book is thousand times better than the rotten thing running on tv.

I will sure she will do this here too.

Chandrakanta is a dignified princess. But ekta will make her sunny Leone.

Believe me, the show will be a waste of time. Instead showing the beauty of the story and it's characters, it will be a mockery.

But yeah, it will take its inspiration from the dd show.

But even that was a mockery.

Madhurima tuli is playing chandrakanta and whatever I think after researching about that character, madhurima is not a very good fit.

And urvashi dholakia is only there to increase the viewer interest because none of the other confirmed casts are interesting.
