They have already completed 6 months! Season one was just 7 months long and this is their 7th month already? Why are they going beyond this limit? Even kawach which had similar ratings, and season 1 which had really high ratings didn't cross this limit so why is this season's wrap up getting delayed? I doubt the contract is longer than 7 months long. Its possible that they are just buying more time for chandrakanta's launch since their main cast leaving madhurima isn't finalised. The actor playing the prince's role has still not been finalised either.

And yes, they might also test to see whether the show runs without yamini and sesha.

But , from a logical point of view,there is a chance that there might be a large drop of trps after these 2 are kicked out.

There is also a looming possibility that people might get ultimately fed up by naagin by the time these 2 months ended.

Wish they hire a better looking hero next season.

And I don't see the naagin franchise reaching season 10.

It should get cancelled long ago.

Just season 2 and it is worse than vampire diaries season 7.

Is season 3 really happening? S2 itself was not that enthusiastically welcomed. And I've still to see ANY sort of compliment or appreciation given to it or the actors..unlike S1 where all the actors and the couple were showered with praises, appreciation, love and adulation. Heck, there was a hue and cry when the show was ending but here people are actually praying for S2 to end and that too tragically.

Yes, season 3 is happening with possibly new cast members. And I don't think colors is planning to shut the series down even if there is no story left until we are not pelting rotten eggs at the colors office.
