u can't say the character is dumb bcoz Rocky didn't believed in supernaturals. but when he got hint he is doing everything to find the truth. There is no one to guide him or tell him truth so he is interpreting everything on his own

Yes human with flaws thats what i am calling dumb.
Cant like his blind belief on shivaangi. At stating he used to doubt her always. Now completly believing. I cant figure out a person like him in real life.
He is the man whose emotions are always at peaks.
But still i like it to some extent.

regarding his suspicious nature on Drashiv...no husband will tolerate seeing his wife in another man room at late night...definitely he will think of the possibilities of relationship b/w them...furthermore shivangi is not giving him answers to his question or even bother to explain to him...so its a normal reaction...shivangi's lies...hiding stuff makes him even more frustrated and angry...any husband will be worried when his wife vanishes at night comes home very late w/o any reasons...w/o telling him where she goes...what she does that she got late...even more angry and frustrated when she comes back home and all he gets for his questions is silence and no answer for his question...how do you expect to trust your wife when trust is not build from both sides...

S1 did not explore all this stuff as shivanya knows how to handle b/w love and revenge...she didn't vanish in thin air...there was no much of questions and answers b/w Rivanya...as shivanya is well-prepared...neither she took advantage of ritik's love and trust...but shivangi is different from her mother...she is mess up with her love and revenge...she doesn't know how to balance b/w love and revenge...

now regarding half-convos he listens too...thats as per script demand...its more of forceful...they don't want him to know the truth

how rocky reacts is according to the situation...according to what shivangi shows him...

He even heard abt her trying to kill him

Do u think any husband tolerate such things even he loves her fullest

That really seems weird to me.
So i said he is dumb
He really is a jowial person like a carefree person.
Who never thinks too much unless it comes to family
His emotions are at peaks.

Ps: remember he never interrgated aboit the decoits attcking on his marriage day with shivaamgi.
He dont have doubts about those deaths. But when it came to his family when his family members are dying he is trying to figure out the whole thing.

And in s1 the case is different. Not because of ritik only. But due to shivanya too. She never taken advantage of ritik's love. But in s2 shivaangi is using rocky.
So i expect much more drama after revealation of truth
