When ritik stabbed shivanya she was shown as dead.But later when guruji nd sangram were searching for her they saw some place in hawan and went there..There after praying shivanya revives in her naagin form.There yogiraj tells that 'is gangajal mein shivji ki vardaan hai(something like that) becoz of which shivanya was revived.So gangajal has that power to revive dead naag/naagins.As shivji was also shown there its the gangajal which can revive rudra.If they were following s1 logic defntly ru should be back
