Finding her weakness isn't something he can do overnight or in just two days. Ofcourse she overpowers not only him but everyone else too which is why its dangerous to have her alive for their revenge mission.

If he doesnt spy on her to find out her weakness then what is he supposed to do? Even gurudev hasn't got a clue of how to kill her.
