Dekho in precap it could be either pure stupidness of both Rocky and Shivangi. How actually Rocky is planning to trap Rudra 2 humans will trap rudra and kill him really today even after rudra showed his powers.
If it is plan of Rocky to get Naagmani using shivi and then kill Rudra with help of Naagmani and keep it with him then it's smart plan. So this plan can be both way stupid or Smart. Depending on what kind of role Rocky is playing.

it was either utter stupid plan or unveiling villain 😛 he claims for her safety. he was there to safe her n he seen Nag powers. how is it possible to save Shivu .
the motive is he knows shivu only lifts NM so he grab it for him as a weak Shivu oblige his words n so called dumb lob. he playing 😲 ..
