Rudra, Sesha & Shivaanya this trio are the one who did tapasya for 100 yrs & then became icchadhari naggin... & Shivangi is naggin bcz she was shivanya's daughter... not bcz She did tapasya 4 100 yrs... And these 3 are blessed by Lord shiva himself...
Ofcourse it is shesh naag no doubt about it, what I'm saying is unfortunately Shesha is probably another way of saying shesh of she has been named after shesh naag
In episode after shivangi's marriage it was clearly shown what those three words stands for...when shivangi went to guruji and asked him how can she change her form at will,guruji told her to chant these three words...rudra(they showed lord shiva)...then sesh(they showed seshnaag) and last one is her mothers name shivanya...so i don't think there is any chance of confusion here.
