She touched the naagmani many times once it was lifted from that cave by ritik.

But even then sesha cant touch it na? U remember yamini says to sesha(actually it was shivanya in diguise as sesha came to yamini to take naagmani to save ritik) that she cant touch it. And then shivanya prays shivji before touching naagmani. Correct me if am wrong

Rudra is Defintely a Suryavanshi . Kinshuk revealed it in the interview . I think Either Rudra doesn't know that he can too pick up Naagmani which we might get to know later . Or May be only Human Suryavanshi are able to pick up Naagmani .

No actually. That's wrong. Only a Suryavanshi can pick up the naagmani and whoever he/she hands it to, can pick or keep it. No one but that person can touch it. ONLY if that person hands it to another does the naagmani and it's power transfer to that person. For example: If Ritik had given the mani to Yamu, then the power and protection of the mani transfer to her because she becomes the owner of it. No one but her can touch or use it. Shivanya's family similarly got a maangtika from Ritik's dad as his sign of appreciation for their services in protecting the naagmani. If Rudra himself had been a suryavanshi then he would have had a mark on his neck like Shivangi does and Ritik did. Naag and Naagins are to help Suryavanshi's. They themselves cannot be Suryavanshi's. Shivangi is now a Suryavanshi naagin because when she was born she was a human baby and hence was eligible to be the protector. She only got her powers at age 25 and turned a Naagin.

Pretty sure his family got the necklace from Suryavanshis and since he is above in the hierarchy, he is wearing the necklace. Just like how Shivanya's mom got the maangtika and decided to give it to Shivu and not Shesha(who wanted the maangtika too) because Shivu was her direct descendant and chosen by Shivji to guide Suryavanshi in protecting naagmani. Naags and Naagins cannot be Suryavanshi's. That was made VERY clear in season 1 when Ritik wanted to become a Naag for Shivanya and his dad denied it because Naags and Naagins cannot be Suryavanshi's and hence protectors.
