I personally dislike Rocky because he is so one dimensional and so freaking dumb, I am amazed that the show is trying to push him in the audience' face as the ML. I gave the show and the character time to develop but got nothing instead. It's not KVB's fault, it's the shows. but you have to agree that everything that is said and shown has a purpose. The mere fact that these people didnot show even a single tiny scene about Rocky outside of him trying to woo Shivangi tells a lot about his importance to the story. Plus the forced lovestory and scenes just got on my nerves and when Rudra entered, it became pretty clear how great he would look with Shivangi in comparison. Their chemistry is amazing and not only is he smart, but he has a purpose. He can protect and fight. He has power and he is instrumental in taking the story forward. Which is more than what we can say for the so called ML of the show. Take Rocky out of the show, it makes no difference but take Rudra out of the show and Shivangi will be left without any support to take on very powerful enemies on her own. I disagree that soulmates find their way one way or the other. Sometimes you don't find your soulmate and sometimes you are already tied to some other person when your soulmates enters your life. You just need to have the courage to break out of it and embrace your soulmate. That can be shown for DraShiv.

Also Kabir was evil and always meant for a cameo, Rajat made that clear but KM clearly said its a long running positive role so to compare Rudra and Kabir makes no sense.
