Shivanya to be killed

Originally started as a finite series, Naagin gained such immense popularity that it came back with a second season. Much like its first part, Naagin 2 has also managed to triumph the TRP charts. The drama quotient of the show is set to rise this week as Mouni Roys double role comes to an end with the death of Shivanya.

The current track focusses on Rocky (Karanvir Bohra) and Shivanya's daughter, Shivangi's love story. As per a report in TellyChakkar, Yamini (Sudha Chandran), along with Shesha (AdaaKhan) and Avantika (Aashka Goradia) plans to utilise their wedding as a platform to kill Shivanya and her daughter. While Yamini is successful in killing Shivanya, the latter will somehow manage to save her daughter and ask her to run away.

Shivangi will see her mother dying and this will give birth to her Naagin avatar to seek revenge, which forms the basis of the plot.

The ongoing track of Naagin 2 is loaded with high voltage drama. Shesha is on revenge mode this season too. She loves Rocky who happens to fall for Shivanghi, Shivanya and Ritik's daughter. She hates Shivanya and after realising that her daughter has stolen the heart of her man she decides to destroy the two of them. Despite being, Shivanya's sister, Shesha hates her to the core since both of them loved Ritik and he only loved the former. The hatred turned into vengeance after Ritik's death. Shivanya went away from Ritik's family and single-handedly brought up her daughter.

Shivanghi is unaware of her mother's real identity and her supernatural powers. She loves Rocky and is also not aware of Shesha's plans. Shesha has teamed up with Yamini to take revenge on Shivanya for Ritik's death. Yamini is aware that Shivangi is Shivanya's daughter and still approves her marriage to Rocky. But Shivanya doesn't have any clue about Ritik's family. Fearing Shesha, she wants Shivangi to be married off early to Rocky. As Shivanghi and Rocky are getting ready for marriage, Yamini is making plans to kill Shivanya. She follows with a knife in an attempt to kill her. Somehow she is successful in her plans and Shivanya dies. Shivanghi is disheartened to know the news of her mother's death. Will Shivanya find out who killed her mother and why? Will she find out that her mother was a Naagin? Will Shivanya take revenge of Shivanya's death? Will Naagin 2 be transformed into a revenge saga?
