I am watching jumbo repeat of all 3 episodes aired so far. So from that in one scene Rocky asks Ruchika about her age and she replies '118 years old' . He is shocked but later he is dumbstruck on seeing her real wrinkled face lol.

So now we got our answer regarding Shesha looking young in season 2.

But what about Yamini ??

first of all 118 years feels like a joke because they said itchadhari naagin takes 100 yrs for tapasya considering that she was it has been 25 years leap from the last season so Shesha should have atleast been 125 yrs old

next about Yamini Shesha saved Yamini i am pretty sure how naagin 2 will answer that

however there are many more questions yet to be answered like how Ritik died who is Rocky how did Rivanya come to Somgarh who were the people behind Rivanya and the list goes on

well lets just hope they bring the spark of naagin back in season 2 by answering all this questions very carefully
