Part 10 :
The next day, Yogesh was in his cabin thinking about the conversation he had with Amba. He is unable to digest the fact that Amba and Dev are on friendly terms. His newly developed feelings for Amba upon his already pent-up hatred for Dev have made him even bitter. He decided to talk to Amba again to manipulate her against Dev, but he had a feeling that it might be of no use. He thought of the plan that the two of them had hatched against Dev. He realised that it was a now or never situation for him specifically, given Amba's love sick puppy behaviour around Dev.
Yogesh ( mind voice ) : Poora plan ab ulta pad raha hai.. isse pehle sab kucch hathon se khojaaye mujhe hi kucch karna hoga. Aur Amba aur Dev friendly terms par aarahe hain. Main yeh nahin hone de sakta. Jo plan pehle soccha tha hum dono ne ab woh mujhe akele hi karna padega. Isse Dev par mera jeet bhi hoga aur Dev aur Amba ke beech ki friendship bhi poora khatam hojaayega.
He calls his lawyer and asks him to go ahead with the plan as discussed earlier.
Raichand Mansion
Dev and all his family members are sitting in the hall and chatting, when there comes a lawyer
Lawyer : Main Ambaji ka lawyer hoon. Main unke taraf se aap sab ko yeh bataane aaya hoon ki ab se Raichands ka poora business, offices, aur yeh ghar Amba Mehtaji ke naam par hai. Yeh ghar khaali karne ke liye aur office handover karne ke liye aap logon ke paas sirf ek din hai.
Satya and Chitra are flabbergasted and even Vidhi, Abhi and Priya are shocked that Amba has planned ahead of them
Satya : What nonsense.. yeh kaisa mazaak hai
Lawyer : Yeh koyi mazaak nahin hai madam. Aap ke bete Mr. Abhimanyu Raichand ne saari business Amba ji ke naam kardiya aur aapki bahu Mrs. Priya Raichand ne yeh ghar Ambaji ke naam kardiya hai. Aur aapke company ke maximum shares bhi Ambaji ke naam par hi hai. Yeh lijiye isske official documents
Priya : Maine aisa koi documents sign nahin kiya hai
Dev takes the documents and checks them. He remains silent. Priya also checks her signed document
Priya : Oh no.. yeh to maine tab sign kiya jab mujhe woh 25 lakhs ki zaroorat thi
Abhi : Bhai ab hum kya karenge
Amba comes into the house and sees her lawyer there and is confused about his presence there.
Amba : Aap yahaan kya kar rahe hai. Mujhse kucch kaam tha kya?
Lawyer : Ambaji congratulations. Aapka plan work out ho gaya hai, ab Raichands ka sab kucch aapka hain
Satya : Tumne dhoke se hamara company, ghar sab kucch cheen liya hai Amba, humne socha ki tum badal gayi ho lekin tum hamare peeche itna kucch karrahi thi hame pataa hi nahin chala
Amba : Yeh kya kahrahe hai aap
Chitra : Amy mausi maine aap ko kitna trust kiya hai, hamesha aapka saath diya aur aapne mere parivaar ke saath aisa kiya
Amba is shocked as to why the lawyer carried on the plan without her.
Part 11:
Amba : Maine aisa kucch nahin kiya hai... Dev tumhe mujh par bharosa hai na
Yogesh enters and is very happy with the situation.
Yogesh : Congratulations Amba..tumhara plan kaamiyaab hogaya hai
Amba : Yogesh tumne mujhse pooche bagair yeh...
Yogesh : Amba yehi to tumhara plan tha na.. ab iss nek kaam mein deri kyun sochke maine process karwadiya hai.. ab Raichands road par aayenge.. tumhara aur mera badla poora hojaayega Amba
Everyone looks at him in disgust. Amba is about to argue with Yogesh when Dev cuts in.
Dev : Mr. Lawyer, yeh documents registered hai?
Lawyer : Of course yes
Dev : Aapne isse register karwaane se pehle inn dono ko dikhaaya?
Lawyer : Mujhe yeh documents inhone hi to diya hai
Dev : Aapke clients se kahiye inhe pehle check kare theek se
Lawyer gives the documents to Yogesh first who does not find anything striking in that. He feels that Dev is trying to mislead them and hands over them to Amba. She takes it grudgingly from Yogesh and goes through them casually when something she notices shakes her to the core. She is bewildered and knows this only could be done by one person and she looks directly at him only to find him smirking.
Amba : Dev..
Dev : Kaisa lagaa mera surprise Amba
Amba : Tum.. tumne yeh...kaise
Yogesh is now tensed and goes to Amba and checks the documents again and is now as much bewildered as Amba.
Yogesh : Amba.. yeh.. yeh to tumhara..haina.. bolo
Amba : Haan.. yeh meri writing hai.. par yeh maine nahin likhaa
Yogesh : Yeh kaise.. Abhimanyu ka sign tumhari writing mein kaise aaya..
Everyone is shocked to learn that Abhimanyu's sign on the document is now replaced by his name written in Amba's writing. Amba collapses on the sofa thinking how this is possible, she was sure that Dev did this but how was the question. And there was another fear attached to it now.
Dev : Amba... tum to itne clever ho ki ab tumhe mera next step kya hoga yeh bataane ki shayad zaroorat nahin hai.. tumhara chehre se hi pataa chal raha hai ki tumhe pata hai.. but still main sabke jaankaari ke liye bata deta hoon...
All are shocked with the sudden turn of events and are waiting to hear Dev's next plan of action
Dev : Ab Abhimanyu Amba ke upar forgery ka case karega.. tumne iss document ko register karwakar apne pairon par kulhaadi maar liya Amba.. ab tumhe iss case ka sazaa kya hoga tumhara lawyer samjhayega
Lawyer : Ambaji yeh aapne kya kardiya.. yeh to criminal case hain..aapko to ek do saal ka jail ho sakta hain
Amba : Lekin maine nahin kiya yeh
Dev : Toh proove karo.. oh by the way... ek aur khush khabari yeh hai ki this document stands null and void.. matlab isska koi value nahin hai.. kyunki yeh Abhi ka sign to hain hi nahin
Yogesh : Yeh sab jhoot hai.. maine khud Abhimanyu ko sharaab pilakar dhoke se iss document ko office ke papers ke beech rakhke sign karwaaya tha..
Dev : Thank you Yogesh for your valuable confession.
Dev calls out his own lawyer who was secretly recording the scene from outside.
Dev : To ab iss document ko court mein submit karke pehle Amba par forgery case karenge aur iss video ko dikhaakar Yogesh par cheating case. Dono situation mein yeh document to chalega nahin. Aur doosra Yogesh ke khilaaf uske bank statements bhi hai mere paas
Amba is shattered thinking that she is caught in her own trap and more so by that Dev has cheated her again.
Amba : Dev tumne phir se mujhe dhoka diyaa hai.. maine tumhare oopar trust kiya aur tumne hamesha ki tarah mere pyaar ka mazaak banaaya
Dev : Amba please wake up and smell the coffee.. kitne baar tumhe keh chuka hoon ki main tumse pyaar nahin karta hoon.. ek baar mujhse galti huyi ki maine tumhare saath engagement ke liye haan kiya aur use tod diya.. uske liye main maafi maang chuka hoon irrespective of the fact ki tumne woh engagement Chitra ko manipulate karwake rakhwaaya
Amba : Dev maine yeh sab tumhare pyaar ke liye kiya.. main pandrah saalon se tumhara intezaar kar rahi hoon..
Dev : Aur inn pandrah saaloon mein hum Chitra ki shaadi se pehle kitne baar mile Amba.
Amba is speechless.
Dev : Kya maine kabhi yeh kahaa ki main tum se pyaar karta hoon.. mera intezaar karo.. tumne meri acchayi ka galat matlab nikaala.. aur Chitra ki shaadi mein tumne mera insult kiya meri behen ki shaadi ka majboori banaakar uska kya
Everyone were shocked to hear this as Dev never told about this to anyone except Vidhi who though has seen it but did not know him in person at that time to understand the dynamics of the situation. Amba is too angry and hurt to accept her mistake
Amba : Kya chahiye tumhe Dev.. mujh par case na karne ke liye kya chahiye tumhe
Dev : Mere ghar ke documents aur woh saare shares jo tum donon ne dhoke se liya hain.. par yeh document tumhe nahin doonga.. yeh hamesha mere paas rahega tumhare khilaaf saboot ki tarah
Amba gives away the documents and walks away from there and Yogesh quietly follows her out quickly. Everyone heaves a sigh of relief before bombarding Dev with questions.
Dev : Main sab explain karta hoon.. maa Chitra we are sorry ki humne aap logon ko andhere mein rakha. Rakesh ke matter par jab ghar mein jhagde ho rahe the to hum chaaron ne baat karke pata lagaaya ki Yogesh aur Amba mila hua hain.
Satya : kya.. tum logon ne hume nahin bataaya
Dev : Poora plan to inn logon ko bhi pataa nahin hai maa
Abhi : Haan bhai mujhe bhi bahut doubts hain
Vidhi : Aur mujhe bhi
Dev : Main batata hoon.. pehla maine socha ki Amba ko apne confidence mein loon.. usko yeh dikhaaya ki mere aur Vidhi ke beech problem chal rahi hain.. doosra maine Yogesh par aur Amba par nazar rakha aur unke company ka address pata lagaaya.. jahaan par Vidhi aur mein ek din jaakar wahaan se information liye the.
[ Flashback :
When Vidhi calls Dev to show the computer and they realise it has a password
Dev : Ek minute main kucch try karta hoon
He types something and the computer opens
Vidhi : Aapko kaise
Dev : Yogesh ko college ke time se lagta hai ki woh koi hero hain to uska password wahi tha.. yogeshthesuperhero.. idiot ab bhi wahin rakha hain
Both of them laugh and Dev gets the information about all the shares and investments made by Yogesh and all his bank details where he has taken money from the company by fraud. ]
Dev : Ek din mujhe Arjun ka phone aaya ki woh Kanika se kucch dinon se baat nahin kar paa raha tha.. yogesh koyi bahaana bana rahatha.. tab mujhe shak hua aur kanika ki call ki yaad aayi.. mein chupke se usse milne gaya aur dekha ki yogesh use baandh kar rakha tha.. aur raat mein sedation derahaa tha. Maine uske doctor ko dhamkaakar dawaayi badalwa diya. Kanika ke help se Abhi ka sign kiya hua document mila tha.. main tabhi usko destroy kar sakta tha lekin kanika se pata chala ki ghar bhi Amba ke naam hai aur shares ka bhi tension tha..
Priya : Bhaisaab aapko pata tha mere sign ke baare mein aur aapne mujhe daanta bhi nahin
Dev : Nahin Priya.. yehi to humne decide kiya na ki hum blame game nahin khelenge.
Abhi : Lekin yeh documents kaise badal gaye
Dev : Uske baad maine yeh plan banaaya ki Amba ko usike jaal mein phasaana hain.. tabhi maine usko har roz yeh ehsaas dilaya ki mere aur Vidhi ke jhagde hain aur Amba meri friend ban rahi hain.. ek din maine ek aadmi ko office ke parcel dene ke bahaane bulaaya aur apne haath ko Vidhi ke bangle se jaanboochkar hurt kiya Amba ke saamne.. aur usko apna aur Abhi ka naam likhne ke liye kahaa.. yeh paper maine ek professional calligrapher ko diya .. usne Amba ke writing ko copy kiya aur uske writing mein Abhi ka naam naye document par likha.. maine ise lekar Kanika ke help se original document se replace karwaaya.. bas ho gaya kaam
Satya : Hey bhagwaan mujhe to chakkar aa raha hai.. itna kucch ho rahaatha aur pata hi nahin chala.. Dev tumne yeh sab akele..
Dev : Nahin maa.. sab ka saath tha.. Vidhi ne hamare jhagda ka naatak kiya.. Abhi ne office mein Yogesh ko manipulate kiya.. aur Priya uss din jab yeh documents replace karwa rahaa tha Amba ko beauticians ke naam par engage kiya.. thank you guys..
Everyone are finally relieved that they got back their property back. Vidhi and Dev plan to take blessings of Milapini maa and go there. Hariprasad and Bimla are away and they catch up with Yamini and Divya. Amba makes a dramatic entry when they are about to leave.
Amba : Dev.. tumhe kya lagta hain.. ki Vidhi tumhara saath har situation mein degi.. woh tumhe mujhse zyaada pyaar karti hain.. to yeh jaanne ke baad bhi itna pyaar karogi kya Vidhi ki Dev ki ek beti hain jo tumse bhi badi hain.. aur woh beti aur koyi nahin par Divya hain.
