Birthday preparations of Durga are in full swing... Adi gives the list of MLAs who will be assisting Ammaji... Ammaji asks him to find out how much loyal they will be to her... Karan comes there... Scene shifts to Ragini-Tanisha-Santosh... they are worried Durga is ill... Santosh decides to call the doctor when Tanisha tells Karan has already gone to tell Ammaji relating the same...
Ammaji asks Karan what happened??? Karan gives her the envelope in which he has found out the details about those MLAs... Adi is not liking it and speaks rudely... Karan leaves... Adi tells see how he's showing off... Ammaji tells yesterday he was burning why all of a sudden he's cooled down??... Santosh goes to get kheer for Durga...
Karan comes to his room... Tanisha asks him did he tell Ammaji??? Karan tells he forgot... Tanisha is angry she tells how can you be so careless... argument starts between Karan-Tanisha when Durga starts crying... both get worried... they try to calm her down but to no avail... hearing the cries everyone comes.. Tanisha informs Durga is ill... they decide to take her to the hospital...
All are worried at hospital... Doctor informs they have conducted some tests and by evening they will get to know the details... he asks the father of the child to sign some papers... Karan is about to do it when Adi snatches and signs it instead... Karan gets angry...
Surya comes to Ammaji's room to keep those files back... he hears Ammaji coming... he steps out... Ammaji is shocked to see him.. Surya excuses himself that he had come to inform that Karan called up to say they are getting Durga back from the hospital... Ammaji realises he's lying... and checks those files and is shown in thinking mode...
all come back... Tanisha-Karan in their room... Tanisha tells already we are worried about Durga and Adi is creating even more problems... Karan tells he thought things would change... now it's high time he'll steps out and show them what they can do... Tanisha
tells he cannot do that... Karan tells why should i think so much??? they have always used me... and now they have even silenced my mother too ... i can't see my mother as a puppet... and you have seen how Ammaji keeps Adi on the forefront... and he won't tolerate these wrongdoings of Ammaji any more... Tanisha tells she'll support him
in everything and hugs him...
Ammaji is creating differences between Surya-Janvi... Ammaji tells she has dreamt of doing good to people... and offers that file to Janvi which Surya was checking the other day... Janvi looks confused... she's reminded of Surya's words... Ammaji tells she feels there is an internal enemy in the house... Janvi asks whom does she suspect??? Ammaji doesn't answer... instead she asks Janvi to check that file
and says that one paper is missing and it was the one which gave the details how rs 1 crore was spent on development... and she states this work is surely done by someone internally... Surya happens to be her next heir so he won't do it...but she suspects Param... Janvi looks disturbed and tensed... Ammaji is shown thinking... she's reminded of how she tore one paper off that file... Janvi is looking angry...
Politician's son gets a call from Karan... Karan tells him that he accepts the proposal and don't you dare do something wrong... he keeps the phone down... Politician's son tells himself that who will suffer in this game only time will tell...
Ragini is talking to her mother... she asks her to talk to some doctor... and she'll send the reports to her... Adi comes there and tells he's proud of the fact that she loves Durga so much and considers her like her own... Ragini tells relationships don't need to be blood relations alone... they can be builded with love... and she's worried about Durga... Adi consoles her...
Tanisha-Santosh are with Durga... Ammaji comes there with a holy thread... she ties it on Durga's hand... Tanisha is worried about Durga... Santosh hugs her and tells everything will be alright...
Birthday celebrations are in full swing... Ragini-Tanisha are singing for Durga... everyone watches on happily...Doc comes home... Adi asks for the report... Ammaji asks him is everything alright??? Doc tells no... and Durga is suffering from some severe illness and it's genetic disorder... all look shocked... Doc asks Tanisha whether she has umbilical cord[the cord which joins mother and baby] with her... Tanisha tells the circumstances in which Durga was born that was not possible... Doc further questions whether they have any other child... both Karan-Tanisha deny... Doc tells had Durga had any other sibling then treatment would have become little easy... he turns to Ammaji and tells he'll start with the treatment but he doesn't wish to give false hopes and there are chances of Durga losing her life more... everyone looks shocked... Doc continues that she has a year more to live... episode ends on Tanisha's face...
