First-off great poll you've opened and thank you for opening it. I clicked the Jhanvi struggle and her maturity during Ammaji kidnap tab. But I honestly think it's a combination of everything.

I think, all your options helped Ammaji changing. Sure, the main reason for her change was the betrayal of Joginder and Gajender - but the other fact played a big role, too. Like Jhanvi trying to save her and her concern towards Ammaji (even though Ammaji wasn't the best grandmother one could wish for); Anjali helping her family and all in all - the fact that after her sons betrayed her, only those have been standing at her side, to whom she had done injustice her whole life (meaning Santosh, Chanda-Avtar, Karan, ViDia and Tanisha) 😉
