The audience already knows that the Ammaji (Meghna Malik) in the house is not real but her look alike Anjali Chaudhary. However, the characters in the show are yet to know the reality so Ammaji's sons Gajinder and Joginder along with Bajri (Sheeba Chaddha) have been keeping an eye on Anjali in Colors' Na Aana Iss Des Laado and in the upcoming episodes she will go missing from the haveli.
A source says, "Anjali aka real Ammaji's look alike who is actually half of Ammaji's age has been sent to the house to distract Bajri, Gajinder (Aanand Goradiya) and Joginder (Nissar Khan) from real Ammaji for a while. However, the trio has been trying to sneak out the reality for quite some time now and they will get an opportunity when Anjali will move out of the house. In the upcoming episodes, Anjali will receive an urgent call and she will go out of the house. She will be followed by few men sent by Joginder, Gajinder and Bajri. Anjali will try to trick and evade these men while back home everyone will start looking for Ammaji. They will assume that Ammaji has gone missing. Furthermore, when Joginder and Gajinder will make a lot of noise about it Avtar (Harish Verma) will ask them to shut up and threaten to reveal the truth. This is when the brothers will go quiet and the youngsters of the family will be sent to search for Ammaji."
We contacted Meghna Malik who said, "It has been pretty challenging to portray the roles of look alike and real Ammaji. Both are two different characters altogether. These characters will see different twists and turns in the show."
