Hey everyone..!! Here's d update for 20th July.
If you don't wanna read my long update, then the highlights are: Karan decides to stay back, the Shaurya- Dia scene and the foiled assassination attempt to kill Ammaji and of course, the interesting precap...!!
The episode starts with Jogi and Gaji in the hall. Gaji tells Jogi that the matters of this house should not go outside the house. Just then, Karan and Santosh come down the stairs with the others (Jhanvi, Chanda, Ragini and Aditya) trying to persuade them to stop. Karan tells Jhanvi that today he won't listen to what she says. He tells Santosh to come along. Jogi asks him where he's going. He comes up to Karan and tells him that is he so angry that he didn't even think it was important to tell him before leaving. He continues that he is angrier at Karan than he is at him. He tells Karan that doesn't he want to know why all that happened that day, and that boy who Dia ran away with is the son of their family's biggest enemy, Bhanupratap. Jogi continues that the enemy's son took away the respect of our family and they could do nothing because the people of our family helped them. Jogi tells Santosh that he agrees that he never accepted Santosh and Karan but Ammaji always thought of them and this family always gave them the respect they deserved and thought of Karan as one of their family. But Karan is alive today because of Ammaji only. And that today when the Ammaji is on the brink of death, he is running away? This is the time to repay Ammaji's loan, not to leave the house. And now the only question remains that whether Karan considers the family to be his or not. And if Santosh thinks that what he did was wrong, then today he bows down before them.
Santosh looks around the house and says that when she married and came to this house, her brother had told her that soon, her aarthi would be lifted from this house. She tells Karan that she spent almost her whole life here, where will she go now? Chanda tells Karan that Santosh accepted this house as hers, then Karan is part of this family too. She tells him that if he leaves then Santosh won't be able to live without him and asks him not to leave. Gaji tells Karan that can't he see the remorse in his father's eyes? The family needs him and there is a lot of power in unity. Karan tells them all that he agrees to them but on one condition that from now onwards, Jogi should not talk with Santosh rudely nor raise his hand on her. Everyone becomes happy and leaves for their rooms.
Next scene is the BP's mansion. The servant and Mami are in the kitchen. Just then, Dia comes and tells her that everyday after her bath, she lights a lamp in the mandir of the house and she's been searching for the mandir all this while and hasn't found it. Mami replies that there is no mandir in the house. Dia says that in every house, there's a mandir. Mami replies that it's not necessary that what is there in one house is there everywhere. Dia says that not even one day has passed when she has not lit a lamp in the mandir, that's why she felt weird. Mami tells her to keep a picture of God in her room and lit a lamp in front of it. Dia agrees and says she will talk to Shaurya. Dia says that today she will make rotis for everyone. Mami tells her that the women of this house do not cook food and their chef does. If she wants to make something special, then she should tell the chef. The chef agrees and asks her what she wants.
At that time, Shaurya comes into the kitchen and Mami tells him that Dia has just come into the house and she wants to help in the kitchen. She tells Dia that this is her time to enjoy and go out, she has her whole life left to work. She tells Shaurya to take Dia away and leaves. The chef thanks Shaurya when he tells him that he makes really great food. But Shaurya says that today he wants to eat the food that his wife makes. The chef agrees and leaves. Shaurya hugs Dia, but she tells him to leave her and that he sent the cook out only for this. Shaurya says that they live in a joint family so to spend time with her; he has to do such things. Dia asks him to leave her but he refuses. So she suddenly calls out Mamaji and Shaurya jumps, and the plate of atta Dia was holding falls on both of them. Both see each other and start laughing.
In the hospital, a nurse tells Yashpal to get some medicines and he leaves. A guy wearing a doctor's suit and an operation mask enters Ammaji's room. He injects something into a tube connected to Ammaji (probably something to kill her) The guy turns to leave, but just then Ammaji gets up and catches his hand. She asks him who he is and the guy panics and says he is a doctor. Ammaji pulls off the mask and tells him that he's not a doctor. The guy tries to free his hand and push her back, but Ammaji resists. She screams out and the doctor and the male nurses come running. They catch the guy and Ammaji faints. The doctor tries to save Ammaji. Just then, Yashpal enters and asks what happened. On learning that the guy tried to kill Ammaji, he slaps the guy and tries to beat him up. He takes him outside and the episode ends on Ammaji's face.
Precap: Two people carrying some large banner-type thing enter the house. Jhanvi comes and asks what it is. The people tell that it's for her. Jhanvi opens it to see that it's a picture of her. She is shocked.
