The episode starts with Bajri telling Jhanvi about the enmity between Ammaji and her, how people had died because of the enmity between them and two among them were her parents. Jhanvi is shocked to hear this. Bajri tells her that Jhanvi doesn't know the full truth - that the enmity was started by Ammaji only, that even if there is no water in the world except in Ammaji's house and she's dying of thirst, then also she won't go there. She tells how she felt when her enemy's granddaughter became the bahu of this house. BP tries to calm down Bajri, but Bajri refuses to stop and asks him that if anyone comes and calls them murderers, should she just put her head down and listen to them?
Jhanvi replies that to complete their revenge they used their son, that Shaurya trapped Dia in his fake love. She is angry, but BP tries to convince her that Shaurya is innocent and he doesn't know anything about this. But Jhanvi refuses to believe him saying that she's not a child and asks him how come he didn't tell his son about the family enmity. BP again tries to protest saying that they did not tell him anything, but Jhanvi says that she doesn't want to listen to anything. She warns them that if anything happens to Dia, even if a scratch comes on her then she will show them what real enmity is. BP tries to prevent her from leaving, but Bajri stops him.
Jhanvi is in her car and is desperately trying to call Dia, but she doesn't take her call.
Shaurya, Dia and Mama reach the hospital. Shaurya and Dia go into the hospital to meet Ammaji while Mama stays behind in the car. Rajveer gets angry on seeing them, saying that the woman who brought Dia up, today she is in hospital fighting for her life because of Dia, and still she didn't get peace now also. Shaurya interrupts saying that they also are feeling bad about what happened but that doesn't mean that he can say whatever he wants about Dia in front of him and he won't say anything. Rajveer asks him what he will do, but Aditya interrupts. He tells Dia that it's better for her to leave.
Dia asks him how is Ammaji and she wants to meet her. Rajveer angrily tries to interrupt but Aditya tells him to stop. He tells Dia that she can meet Ammaji but from outside. Dia sees Ammaji through the window. She thinks about how she got shot and starts crying. She tries to ask Aditya to let her meet Ammaji, but Aditya refuses. Dia tells him that she never wanted anything to happen to Ammaji and that she wants to know how is Jhanvi. Aditya tells her that she's fine. Dia is happy and leaves with Shaurya.
Dia is still thinking about Ammaji and starts crying. Shaurya wipes her tears and tells her not to cry. He didn't think that anyone would let them met Ammaji and tells her that they are somewhat responsible for Ammaji's condition, so her loved ones will feel angry at them but their love will win and one day they will all forgive them. Dia becomes happy listening to him.
They come out from the hospital and leave.
That time, Jogi reaches there and all the press come and try to question him about Ammaji. He says that he knows what they want to ask. He says that he will tell them something that will answer their questions. Ammaji is fighting for life in the ICU.
Scene shifts to BP and Bajri who is aimlessly watching a cricket match while BP is thinking about what Jhanvi sends. Bajri says that Jhanvi spoiled their mood; she was like a shadow of Ammaji. BP says that one of the sisters is like water in a lake and other fiery fire. Suddenly Bajri points to the TV where the press conference of Jogi is being telecast. He says that their enemies are trying to disrepute them; they thought that they will kill her grand daughter and her husband and blame Ammaji for it, but in the end they managed to save their lives and that Ammaji took the bullet that was supposed to hit them and saved their lives and still lying in the ICU Ammaji is glad that even though she is injured, her granddaughter and her husband are safe.
Bajri tells BP that though she is on the brink of death, Ammaji is still using her brains. Meanwhile a press reporter asks Jogi that if the elections start and Ammaji still does not recover, then what they will do. Jogi replies that if that happens, then he will take over.
Gaji thinks that from the inside, Jogi is secretly trying to fulfill his ambitions. Even if Ammaji recovers then it's good for him and if not then also it's well for him. He thinks that how he forgot his small brother and that from now onwards Jogi will play and he will make him play.
Jogi tries to continue but Gaji takes him away saying that Ammaji is waiting for them. He agrees and leaves with him.
Meanwhile Bajri tells BP that Jogi can come useful for them. BP smirks. Bajri turns off the TV. She says that in Ammaji's house, there are a line of greedy people in her house. She calls some netaji and tells him that she heard that netas disappear after elections but here it's the opposite. Then she says that she heard that while she is there, his party doesn't need to worry about the funds; he should just worry about winning the elections. She will give him more money than he wants, but she needs a small service in return.
Here Jogi and Gaji look at Ammaji in the ICU and the doctor tells them Ammaji is totally out of danger now and she is recovering real fast. The episode then ends on Ammaji's face.
Precap: Santosh is in the middle of a road calling out for Karan. She stops a guy thinking its Karan but it turns out to be someone else. Tanisha watches Santosh calling out for Karan from a rickshaw and tries to go to her, but Aditya, Ragini and Jhanvi reach her first.
