Tanisha and Adi get up for the phere. Tanisha is perturbed and when she is asked to go around the sacred fire, she unties the ghatbhandan. She declares that she will not marry Adi. She turns to Ammaji and says that if the Sanghwans are superior to her family in power, position, status and money, then, her family is superior to theirs in terms of humility, compassion and respect. She tells Ammaji to celebrate this occasion and be happy that she will not be her daughter-in-law. Adi gets hysterical with rage and says that she has no right to talk to Ammaji disrespectfully. Tanisha asks him why he did not open his mouth when her family was being insulted. Adi gets angrier and says that she does not know what she is losing by refusing to be his wife. He challenges her that there will be no girl among the guests who would not want to get married to Aditya Singh. He recollects what Ammaji said about Ragini. He turns to Mr. Chaudhary and asks him if he is willing to give his daughter in marriage to him. Mr. Chaudhary is surprised and tells him that if Ragini is fine with the marriage, he has no objection to it. He turns to Ragini who stands tongue tied due to shock. She retreats back in a manner which implies that she does not want to marry Adi. Her father catches hold of her hand and tells Adi that they have no objection to the marriage. Adi turns to Tanisha with a triumphant look and applies sindoor on Ragini's forehead. Everyone is shocked and Ragini's parents are jubilant. They tell Ammaji that they came to the wedding with an idea of blessing Adi but they had no idea that such a wonderful surprise was in store for them. Tanisha is shocked at Adi's behaviour and Tanisha's mother announces that she is very proud of her daughter for deciding not to marry Adi.
Ammaji tells Mr. Chaudhary that the marriage was bound to break because nothing had happened the way it should have. She says that she is very happy that Ragini is Adi's wife and says that marriages are made in heaven and Gajender seconds her. Tanisha removes the garlands and jewelry and she, along with her family, leaves the mantap. A shaken Ragini is escorted to the mantap and married to Adi.
Tanisha and her family pack up. Jhanvi and Kaajal are very upset and Kaajal asks Jhanvi to go along with Tanisha's family if in case they require help. Just then Dia comes in and she is very upset at whatever happened. She apologises to Tanisha on behalf of her family and they hug each other.
PRECAP- Tanisha, on her way out, congratulates Adi on his marriage and tells him that she is very happy that she did not get married to a man like him. Ragini is shocked at Tanisha's words.
