Dia and Tanisha go to the balcony and see Adi advancing the man with an iron rod. Tanisha is shocked at his violent streak and rushes downstairs to stop him.
Just as Adi raises the rod to hit the man,Tanisha asks him to stop.
She pleads with Adi to stop hitting the guy and not take law into his hands. Adi asks her to keep away from all these and Ammaji says that what Adi is doing is right and that is what every man ought to do! Tanisha again begs of him to come to his senses. She tells him that if he murders the man, they'll never be able to return to America. Ammaji gets angry at Tanisha's words. Adi tells her that he knows right from wrong and that she should not interfere in his affairs. He again raises the rod to hit the man when Ammaji stops him. She says that he needn't do the job and that it is sufficient if he tells what is to be done with the man. Adi takes Tanisha inside and Ammaji&co wait for Adi's "judgement".
Once inside the room, Tanisha again tries talking sense into him. Adi realizes his folly and Tanisha further adds that if Adi does something foolish, they'll never be able to return to America . Just then Karan comes in and tells them that Ammaji has called for Adi. Tanisha asks Adi to promise her that he would not do something for which he'll be sorry later. Adi promises her and assures her that he would do only what he thinks is right. But Tanisha is worried for him and fears that he would be influenced by his family and end up doing something wrong.
Meanwhile, Ammaji, Joginder and Gajender are discussing how to prevent Adi from returning to America. Gajender says that three days are too short to come up with any plan. Ammaji too is worried and says that Adi must choose to stay back in India on his own accord and that it must not seem as if he is forced to stay back due to his family. Ammaji adds that he is now used to having power in his hands and it will not be easy for him to return to America and lead an ordinary man's life. Just then Adi comes in and Ammaji tells him that he must not unnecessarily worry and spoil his health. She says that he must concentrate on his wedding preparations instead. Adi touches Ammaji's feet and reteirs for the night.
Next morning, Tanisha asks Dia where Adi is and she replies that he is busy with the wedding preperations. Tanisha asks Dia why Adi did not go to the airport to receive her parents. Dia replies that Adi was worried about her and that is why he deceided to stay back and not go to the airport. Dia hands Tanisha a dress and says that they would be having sangeeth that evening.
Shaurya is with his friends in college and he is unhappy because Dia is nowhere to be seen. Just then Jhanvi comes by. She calls up Dia and asks her why she has not come to college. Dia tells her about the sangeeth and tells her that she would not be coming to college that day. Shaurya goes upto Jhanvi and asks her where Dia is. He asks her for Dia's phone number and Jhanvi refuses! He flatters her performance and tries to bribe her with chocolates! But Jhanvi does not relent and walks off. Shaurya goes behind her and confesses his love for Dia to her.
PRECAP- Jhanvi writes Dia's number on a slip of paper and gives it to Shaurya. The paper flies away and Shaurya runs behind it1
