Shaurya tells his friends to arrange for a party because he is sure that they would win the inter-college fest. He says if people participate half-heartedly, then his success is guaranteed. He also asks his friends to arrange for an ambulance in case some people have sudden heart-attacks due to stage fear. This angers Dia and she turns to face the guy. She looks at him and tells Jhanvi that she would definitely participate in the college and prove herself. Saying this, Dia walks away. Jhanvi sees through Shaurya's act and thanks him for preventing Dia from withdrawing her name from the college fest.
Back at Krishna Nivas, Ammaji&co are discussing the date for Adi and Tanisha's wedding. The pundit had suggested two auspicious days for the wedding, one after 10 days and the other after 15 days. Ammaji marks the day that falls 15 days later on the calendar and says that they would need time to arrange for the wedding. Just then, Tanisha reminds Adi that he has to report at office within 12 days. She takes the calendar, strikes off the date marked by Ammaji and marks the date that falls 10 days later. This angers Ammaji but she does not say anything. She agrees to have the marriage 10 days later. Adi is excited and tells her that she is the best Ammaji in the world. Adi and Tanisha go shopping after taking Ammaji's permission.
Joginder tells Ammaji that they have very little time in their hands as 10days are not sufficient. Ammaji assures him that 10days are more than enough and things will happen the way she wants them to.
Adi is angry at Tanisha for telling Ammaji that they want to get married as early as possible. He tells her that he knows his family very well and that matters like these cannot be blurted out bluntly. Tanisha is upset at Adi's outburst and says that she did that only to save Adi.
Rajveer and his friends are checking out girls outside their college. Just then, Jhanvi calls him up from a public booth. She introduces herself as Sweety and says that she lives next to his house and that she wants to meet him. Rajveer gets excited and says they can meet up at the canteen.
Gajender, Avtaar, Karan, Rajveer and Adi are sitting outside the house around the fire. Gajender is drunk and in his drunken state tells Adi that they have an important work at hand and that only an educated person like him can solve it. Just then Ammaji comes in and sarcastically says that Adi should take Tanisha's permission in case she should have a problem with his decision to help.
Adi and Tanisha patch up after the previous night's fight. She notices a file in Adi's hand and asks him about it. Adi replies that it concerns some legal problem that the family is facing. He says that his father has asked him to go through the file carefully so that he can help his family out. Tanisha is surprised and asks him why he is involving himself with family affairs as he would be returning back to America in a few days. Adi remembers Ammaji's sarcastic words and he does not reply.
