50%alright and will take 2 to 3 days for my little one to be active .he is taking lot of fluids but vomiting made him dehydrated

hey shreya,give him fluids really slow..like a couple spoons in a min or so..he must be really thirsty coz of the dehydration so he will want to drink real fast and then will vomit coz it wil make him sick..hope he gets better..u have ORS wid u?if not then try ELECTRAL powder..it will help..
