Ammaji and her sons are sitting in the hall when Sia and Jhumar arrive to inform them that dinner is ready. Suddenly a young woman wearing a tank top, pants and high heels barges into the house. She runs up to Raghav and hugs him while Sia looks on in surprise - and so do the rest of the family members. Raghav introduces her as Sonali, his friend from London. Ammaji is highly impressed when she touches her feet to greet her. She says that it's wonderful to see that Sonali has still got Indian traditions and values instilled in her. Sonali replies her that despite living in London, her parents always made sure she knew her roots. Throughout this, Raghav and Sia exchange awkward looks. Then Ammaji introduces Sonali to the family members. She extends her hand out to Chanda, who doesn't know what a handshake is so she just folds her hands to say namaste. When Sonali comes up to Sia and does a namaste, Sia extends her hand for a handshake and says "Hi, I am Sia." in English. Sonali replies back in English as well, saying that Sia is a really nice name. She continues in Hindi that Sia was the name of Ram's wife Sita. Ammaji is glad to see that she is well acquainted with the Ramayan. She asks Sia to take Sonali inside so she could freshen up. Once all the women have left, Ammaji asks Raghav about Sonali. He says that they were in the same college in London, where her father owns a large business. Gajender teases him by saying that he has managed to score with a chick who's pretty, rich and smart! It's no secret why she's here. Ammaji tells him to quit the dirty talk or he'll embarrass the entire family in front of the new girl.
Sonali is washing her hands in the bathroom. Sia hands her a towel and says "You're welcome" when she thanks her. Sonali says that Sia's English is quite good and asks her where she studied. Sia replies Delhi. Sonali asks her if they could be friends. Sia smiles and says yes; then she asks Sonali to go down for dinner because Ammaji is waiting. Sonali is confused by the word so Sia informs her that everyone calls Raghav's mother "Ammaji" out of respect.
At the dinner table, Ammaji makes Sonali sit beside Raghav. Sonali begins to talk about Veerpur being an ideal location to set up new factories since that will prove to be a very profitable investment. Ammaji is impressed by her knowledge of business. When Sonali asks what Ammaji does, she grins and replies that she's the head of Veerpur and takes care of the villagers. Sonali says that Ammaji does look like she has excellent qualities to be a good leader! (LMAO, wait till she finds out how "well" Ammaji treats her bahus and other female residents of Veerpur 😛). The rest of the women don't look happy to see her in the house. Again, Raghav and Sia exchange some awkward looks throughout the scene.
Sia, Santosh and Sheela are in the kitchen. Sheela hopes that Sonali will leave the house as soon as possible. Sia says in a disappointed tone, "What difference does it make?" and she leaves. Sheela urges Santosh to do something to help Sia. They can't let her suffer another heartbreak. Santosh says that Sonali seems to fancy Raghav and unfortunately, Ammaji approved of her. So the girl will definitely try her best to entice Raghav. Hopefully he can prevent himself from falling into her trap.
Jhumar takes Sonali to her room. When Sonali opens her suitcase, Jhumar spots a picture of Raghav. She asks Sonali if she's really here to set up factories. Sonali replies that it was more or less an excuse. She's actually here to marry Raghav! Jhumar is shell shocked. She decides to tell Sonali that Raghav is already married, but stops when she realizes that Ammaji wouldn't spare her when she finds out that she told Sonali about Raghav and Sia. Sonali asks her wher Raghav's room is. Jhumar replies that it's right across the hall and leaves.
Sia remembers all the Raghav-Sonali moments from earlier that day and frowns. Jhumar runs in and tells her that Sonali is here to marry Raghav! Sia pretends she doesn't care but Jhumar says that she knows very well that both she and Raghav are in love with each other. She cries and begs Sia to do something about it. She doesn't want her Raghav bhaiyya to spend even a moment with Sonali!
Raghav is worried that his past is back to haunt him. How will he make Sonali understand that he has moved on. He's now married and in love with Sia. And how will he make Ammaji understand? She seems to have taken a liking to Sonali right from the start. Then Sonali knocks on his door and hugs him as soon as he opens it. She says that she missed him so much and adds an "I love you" after that. Sia, who's standing outside, watches all of this sadly. Raghav pushes Sonali away lightly and says that his family members aren't very open minded so it's not right for her to be there. She closes the door to make sure nobody sees her. Sia goes away in tears. Raghav tells Sonali that whatever they had together was in the past and he didn't think they'd meet again. She says that it was only after they broke up that she realized how much he meant to her. So she came here to win him back. She hugs him again and says "I love you so much Raghav". Sia storms back into her room. Jhumar asks her what's wrong. Sia tells her to go to sleep and leave her alone. Raghav tries to turn Sonali down but Jhumar knocks on his door and says that Sia isn't feeling well. Her wound has started to hurt all of a sudden. Raghav rushes out after asking Sonali to go back to her room.
Ammaji thinks how wonderful Sonali is. She's really sharp and has the capability to make the world dance to her tunes. She reminds Ammaji of herself when she was young! And she's got great knowledge of business. She's rich as well. There couldn't be a better match for Raghav! She can take care of the business and the haveli. Finally, a suitable girl for her favourite son! Now all she has to do is find out what Sonali thinks of Raghav.
Raghav asks Sia what's wrong. She lashes out and tells him to stop it. When he asks what she means, she says that she can't believe she fell for his act again! There's no way a man like him could change! How could she ever think his feelings were genuine? He was playing with her feelings yet again. He already had a girlfriend in London, yet he married Sia to avenge his mother. He betrayed two women at once! How many people's emotions has he played with? A disheartened Jhumar watches this confrontation. Raghav says that there is NOTHING between him and Sonali anymore. They broke up before he left London. He doesn't even know why she's here! Sia says that she has heard more than enough and orders him to get lost. He asks if her wound hurts but she dismisses his concern by saying that he has no right to worry about her. She is capable of taking care of herself. He should go to the one who has traveled all the way from abroad to meet him. Raghav leaves the room with tears in his eyes.
Sonali is walking in the hallway in night. Ammaji shows up and begins talking to her. Sonali says that she's really happy that everyone has accepted her. She truly feels like a part of this family. Ammaji replies that since she's a close friend of Raghav, obviously she's like a family member. She asks about her family, to which Sonali replies that she's an only child and her parents are obsessed with their business. They barely have time for anything else. Ammaji asks how her friendship with Raghav is. Sonali says that she's close to him. he just so wonderful that it's hard not to like him. She missed him so much when he left. That's why she has followed him all the way to Veerpur! Ammaji is extremely pleased to hear that.
After Sonali leaves Ammaji goes back and sees Raghav walking back to his room. She asks him where he was in the middle of the night. He says that he went to see if Sia was alright. Ammaji gently assures him not to worry. There are lots of people who'll take good care of Sia. He should be a good host and spend more time with Sonali, who has traveled such a long distance to meet him. Raghav nods and leaves.
In the morning, Jhumar tells the women and Ammaji has asked them to assemble in her room. When they all go there, Ammaji tells warns them not to tell Sonali about Raghav and Sia's marriage. She adds that Sonali belongs to a wealthy family and is well educated. So after a lot of consideration Ammaji has decided to get her married to Raghav. Sunehri and Rangeeli smirk. The rest of the women are totally disappointed. The episode ends on Sia's dejected face.
