Not much happened during the episode. It was filled mostly with the Bansi-Rupa melodrama.
Bansi runs towards Rupa's hanging body and clutches her feet. He wails loudly while his parents are dumbfounded. Ammaji says that this is what one deserves for committing a sin. Rupa's karma was to die and Bansi's will be to spend his entire life pining for her. She and her clan leave the scene. Bansi continues to weep.
The next day one of the villagers discovers Rupa's body, which is still hanging from the tree. The man calls out to everyone and a crowd gathers at the venue. Soon, Ammaji shows up with her men and claims that Rupa committed suicide to save herself from a lifetime of humiliation after realizing what a blasphemous act she was about to do by marrying Bansi. Then, Bansi shows up. The death has left him mentally traumatized and he keeps chanting that today is his wedding day and all the villagers are the baraatis. He excitedly tells Rupa to come down so that their wedding could take place. He keeps chattering and harps on about the wedding while everyone looks at him pitifully. Ammaji expresses how sad she is that such a young man has lost his mind and is no longer sane.
Rupa's parents arrive and begin to sob. Ammaji tells them how Rupa didn't care even for her aging parents before doing something so impulsive. That is what happens when you defy tradition - one way or the other things don't work out for you. Now, they should bring Rupa down and prepare for her funeral. And nobody should tell the police because they might think Rupa was murdered. The villagers take Rupa's body away while Bansi tries to cling to her.
The remaining villagers decide that they should keep mum about the incident so as to protect Veerpur's reputation. Dheeraj, who has witnessed all the mayhem, looks on sadly.
In the haveli, a horrified Sia tells Jhumar and Sheela that Rupa has allegedly committed suicide while Bansi is totally deranged. The two of them can't believe their ears. Sia adds that Rupa could NOT have committed suicide because she had always seemed very courageous and strong. She was so happy about her wedding! It's obvious that she was murdered. And Ammaji is labeling it as a suicide. She has finally torn them apart forever. Now they're taking her body away to perform the last rites. Jhumar has flashbacks of how thrilled Rupa was the night before she died. Then she dashes off outside while Sheela asks where she's going. Sia says, "Ammaji was most likely responsible for this, wasn't she?" The episode ends on Sheela face.
