Billo is indeed smart in her evil ways. Billo probably thinks that Masa will be get so scared of ghosts that this extreme fear will lead her to stay absolutely firm on her decision to throw Komila out of the house but she does not know it can be the other way around. Masa might let Komila stay out of fear.

True and as we have seen.. Billo's plan has already bacfired..helping KOmila regaining her memory.. so we can see a much adverse efffect here as well and put an end to all this drama
