You can try On meditation also... Have tried that too but long back..
But now I chant Gayatri mantra and sometimes follow breathing exercise in Shavasan pose or even while I am seated...,it gives me energy...
On the few occasions I do meditation, I also feel very calm and centered...I just need to be more regular in it!
Gayatri mantra chanting...how many times do you chant? Everytime I decide to start, 108 t8nes scres me
