Thankfully nupur jumping down was only a nightmare.its such a sweet surprise that mayur were childhood friends whom their parents wanted to get them married.finally they got married.their romance was so passionate.they had 2 kids too.then what happened suddenly?nice pics

Flashback continue:
Nupur making tea Mayank, Anmol & one years Sirshti on Mayank lap siting dining table... for breakfast... suddenly Nupur
Nupur:did I add sugar?? Offcurce Nupur U add..but why I can't rembering.. leave it...Nupur take things outMayanke..took Sirshti in arms start feeding her baby food as her teeth start coming... Mayank took sip of tea.
Mayank: Nupur U didn't put sugar on tea..
Nupur: I put Mayank ji...
Mayank: no Nupur taste it..Nupur taste..
Nupur:Mayank ji I put sachi how I forgot suddenly Nupur start sweating ...
Mayank: is OK Nupur no problem your love enough sweetness came itself relax.. Mayank drink that tea.. kiss Nupur & Sirshti take Anmol school..then go for office.. days passing Nupur start forgetting things sometimes Mayank office file keep somewhere, Anmol books,salt,sugar, one day Mayank return from office soon he heard Sirshti crying voice he rushed to bathroom saw Sirshti in bathtub water about to fill..Mayank took Sirshti wrap towel dry her..Nupur came Mayank get angry... shout on Nupur..
Nupur: why are U shouting Mayank ji..
Mayank: Nupur U put Sirshti in bathtub & open shower tub about to fill..
Nupur: Mayank ji are U mad I didn't Sirshti to bath.. I made her bath in morning itself.. Mayank get angry go office as he came to take file..Nupur again forgot everything... give Sirshti to Amar for take care she went to buy vegetables.. while returning she forgot her address she start crying & sweating badly.. same way Mayank returning home he saw Nupur I road crying... he stop car.. go out from car..
Mayank: Nupur..Nupur saw Mayank rush to him & hug him start crying badly...
Nupur:Mayank ji.. Plz take me home I forgot my home address how I can?? Plz take me home..

Mayank didn't understand make her sit in car give water..startrd to home..Nupur leaning on Mayank crying..
Mayank bring her home & make her sleep.. tell everything to Amar..Mayank & Amar take Nupur to doctor...Nupur hiding on Mayank..
Nupur: Mayank ji why U bring me here..I am not ill?
Mayank: Nupur for just retinue checkup.. it's good na..
Nupur: OK lean more on Mayank..
Mayank tell everything to doctor he senior doctor of Amar..
Doctor say I need to test Nupur...
Doctor: Nupur came with me.. but Nupur more to stick Mayank..

Mayank take Nupur to doctor holding her hands.. doctor checking Nupur..Nupur hug Mayank she can't cooperating very difficultly doctor check Nupur & test her..
Doctor: we will tell after reports came.. tomorrow Mayank take Nupur home . ..
Nupur first time shouting on Mayank without any reason..
Mayank somehow make her calm & sleep..
Next day Mayank go to doctor ..
Leaving Amar with Nupur..
Doctor: Mr Mayank what I going to tell I know it's difficult to digest but it's true... be ready yourself to listen..Mayank get courage..
Your wife suffering from izymer..
Mayank: izymer ??
Doctor: yes izymer it's health problems which affect brain badly.. know Nupur it's starting age slowly she forgot everything... she get panic she do many things which cant accept for her..U have kids too...U need to take decion will you take your wife responsibilty Ya make her admit in hospital when days pass Nupur conditions get more worst or this problem Don't have any treatment.. Mayank take decion he will take his Nupur...Nupur conditions get worst day by day.. Mayank came in cousies.. as Sirshti call Mayank.. Mayank took her in arms.. Sirshti: papa feeling hungry.Mayank smile made her ear food

Sirshti on Mayank Lap..
Sirshti: papa when mama wake up I want to play with her..
Mayank: princess U know na my mama is weak so I givdr her medicine... know she sleeping..
Sirshti: papa don't worry we all take care mama.. then mama will alright then we all do so much fun..
Mayank kiss her on cheeks..
Anmol came..
Anmol :Sirshti let go U need to complete your homework..
Sirshti: no I will be with my papa.. U go..
Mayank: princess papa here only go & quickly finish your home work & came soon..
Sirshti:OK papa take care mama..Sirshti raise her hands to Anmol to pick her.Anmol pick her go to room.. both start doing homework.

Nupur wake up..
Hold Mayank hand biting & scarching.. she get restless...
Mayank: what happens U want to bite? Nupur start crying & holding Mayank hand biting...
Mayank: calm down I am here only what happens to U..Mayank caressing her hair & face..Nupur get calming slowly Mayank make her lay but again she sit..beating Mayank chest..then kissing.. took Mayank hand keep on her face caressing..Mayank understand he start caressing Nupur kiss on Mayank biting mark.. slowly make her calm..give water & took Nupur in his arms...
Nupur feeling confront she took head on his chest and sleep...after sometimes Amar came saw Mayank hands mark..
Mayank make Nupur lay in bed gently..go outMayanke for talk..
Amar:Mayank Nupur
Again bite U...mark scratch on your hands...how many times I told U..give her injection when get panic..
Mayank: Amar she not biting me she showing me to her pain.. how much she in pain...she can't express so she do this... or Amar she forget everything but still remember me and kids why?? Amar Nupur love us alot..she need my care & love not we Tie her Ya give injection.. I let her do what she want...then she slowly calm & sleep..so don't need this...
After sometimes Nupur wake up..
Nupur: Mayank ji how this mark came in your hands..
Mayank: nothing Nupur I get intiching in hands so I rub hardly so that why..Nupur kissing his hands..Mayank seeing her..

Shocking that nupur started forgetting things. If mayank was not there baby would have been in danger.if mayank would not have reached on time nupur would have been lost. Sad that nupur is sick and its her disease which is making her forget things.oh

Sad updates
Poor manyak n nupur can't imagine how hard this is for them
Nupur getting angry frustrated helpless at not being able to remember things
She hurts manyak taking out her frustration n anger on him
As for manyak how hard it must be to see ur loved ones mind slipping away
He still sees hope in little things she does
Have feeling gonna need more tissues as story continues

Nupur wake up from sleep can't finding Mayank & her hands tie..Nupur shouting Mayank ji...Mayank & Anmol went for Anmol school function.. it's important so that why Mayank leave Amar with Nupur..but Amar tie her and went out for some work.. Nupur start crying.. Sirshti wake up from sleep.. heard Nupur crying voice rush to room.. Sirshti: mama.. Nupur: bacha came here Plz. Sirshti: mama why U crying. Nupur: mama feeling afraid & pain hands..where is your papa... Sirshti: papa went with bhaiyo school function.. wait I will open your ropes this Amar chachu bhi na again tie your hands..don't feel afraid I am here with U..Sirshti try to open ropes but all in vain... Sirshti: mama I can't able to open ropes it's so tight..but I am here na with U..wipe Nupur tears with her little fingers kiss her..make her drink water..she saw chocolate with Mayank buy for her... mama feeling hungry & Sirshti feed her choclate & hug Nupur lay with her..Mayank & Amar came home & see Sirshti hugging Nupur & patting her head...Nupur sleep. ... Mayank: Sirshti... Sirshti: SSH mama sleeping... Mayank came open Nupur hands caress her head.. took Sirshti & kiss her lovnigly.. After sometimes Nupur wake up & look Mayank..hug him tightly and start crying.. Mayank: no Nupur relax I am here nothing happens.. Nupur: I am sorry I can't rembering your name..what is your name.. Mayank: is OK no problem U can't remember my name but U remember me..Nupur shook head..Mayank hug her..

Nupur: tell me your name... Mayank: Mayank.. Nupur: I am sorry Mayank ji.. Mayank kiss on her forehead he too in tears...Mayank make plan to take Nupur out for two days.. she will feel good.. Mayank prepare..
