Why is it always the ph at fault? [note pg.15]

I must say that stars have a charmed life! No matter what they do, their fans will never believe that he / she could be capable of any wrong doing or misdemeanour or even bad behaviour. They are clearly angels of God incapable of any malice! Otherwise what would explain the fact that it's always the production house who gets blamed when an actor is dropped? Be it a Rati or Shilpa or KSG?

Yet it's convenient to blame the production house and wear blinkers when it comes to stars? We are willing to give a star any number of chances and willing to forgive anything they do but not the production house.

We forget that it's an equal partnership and responsibility for both the star and the production house. While the actor breathes life into a character, if the production house does not produce the serial, you don't get to see the star period!

Disclaimer: this is a general post and not a takeoff on any particular actor!

There are many other stars who throw tantrums according to some articles but the Production House had killed only Nupur, why?
Moreover, you have no idea how their own production house is defaming the actor. Hun, here I can say that we know better than you.. This thread will only lead to fights!

but as anu said i also want to know the real statastics....you know so that we know the truth....im curious too..please tell....
PS_just for youre info...you said that the production house is blamed for everything....but sorry dear i strongly disagree....cos if you look at ANY of the articles published in any form of the media-its ALWAYS the actor who is blamed and never the production house......

Yesterday people were mocking that sunshine productions got award...I could not understand why ? I think they did make efforts to make serial...which was liked for 1.5 yrs by many..I think they deserve the award..
Besides every time something good is seen, we only praise only the actors...but anything negative happens the PH is blamed..
I am sure both actors and PH people have hassles with each other..maybe ego problems..
We always think actors are right and PH people are wrong..
But there is 50 % probability of each of them being right or wrong.
I had also thought that the PH has to be blamed for ZND fiasco ..but then realized after the initial euphoria..maybe the PH was not completely wrong in replacing them... What goes behind the scenes is totally unknown to us...
We have certain images of the actors and believe they cannot be wrong..but after all they are humans..they can also err

when a production house illtreats their actor/actress .......fhrows tem out of the show ......tries to ruin the actors image by saying dat he/she was dictating terms ........(which is soooooo not true) ........ .......... then obviously the production house is at fault ...... i dont know abt prouduction houses but sunshine is deffo at fault ............. watever they have done was higly immoral nd unethical ......... so it is at fault ....................

Running a successful show for 1.5 yrs requires gr8 teamwork and huge effort behind the scenes..
We should not demean their efforts.
It is not like people don't falter..maybe the PH faltered does not make their effort for last 1.5 yrs useless..
Besides everything which is has the top has to fall...so its ok..maybe MJHT might go downhill..
so what why should we forget that MJHT did reach the top at some point of time..
I think it is just the way we look at it...
I know nobody is going to agree with me... but I believe in appreciating people for whatever good they did..
even if the PH may not have done the right thing now
