Mille holds the gun to her head and we see her pulling the trigger but her finger slips. She's not dead. She tries again but the trigger refuses to work. She gets frustrated and thinks that Fate abandoned her at Death as well.
Suddenly, the door behind her closes and we see someone emerge from behind the door. It's Vishal Rastogi. Miilee asks him if he has come to see her dead. Vishal Rastogi replies that he has come to help her and eradicate her difficulty.
He takes the gun and lifts some hatch. He says that the safety latch was close and that's why the gun didn't go off. She tells him to go away and that she doesn't want to think of him as she dies. He says that he also doesn't want to see her die and leaves.
She remembers the doctor's words about having very little time. It's 11.15 a.m. The doctor receives a call. He looks exhilarated. There's a heart donor for Aoni. He rushes for Miilee and meets Ramona on the way. They both proceed to the room where Miilee has holed herself up.
They knock on the door and eventually break the door down but just as they enter, the gun goes off. Miilee has pulled the trigger.
Ramona and the doctor are shocked beyond words. Then they show that Miilee's hand slipped and the gun pointed upwards as she pulled the trigger and the bullet embedded itself in the wall.
They rush over to Miilee and tell her the good news but Miilee is unresponsive. It's like as if she's reeling from the shock of surviving the shot. She suddenly realizes what they are trying to tell her and she becomes happy.
A body is being brought into the hospital but a policeman stops it. They shout and tell Miilee that they wont allow the body to be brought it unless Miilee frees the hostages and turns herself over to the police.
Miilee goes to the window and says that she accepts his decision and that she's releasing the hostages and coming out to surrender herself. She gives the doctor the key and he in turn gives it to some nurse and tells her to open the door. Vishal Rastogi comes out of the room and is shocked to see Miilee still alive since he heard a shot being fired.
Miilee goes up to him and says that there's a highest power and that's God's power. She adds that she didn't die and Aoni is going to be saved. She tells him that he can leave now.
Ramona holds Miilee's arm in support. [This woman.. can't she ever make up her mind? Miilee – Vishal Rastogi – Miilee – Vishal Rastogi… Make Up Your Mind, Woman! 😛]
Vishal rastogi tells Ramona to go with him but she refuses to which he says that she's stupid.
The doctor calls the police outside and says that the hostages are free and they can send the body in now. He starts to prepare for the operation.
He tells Miilee that he believes God will save Aoni. Miilee replies that for now, the doctor is Aoni's God and he must try his best to save him.
Miilee tells Ramona that till the operation is over, she cannot leave.
Vishal Rastogi goes out of the hospital and the body gets sent in. The press people ask him if Miilee will receive any punishment for her crime. Vishal replies that she's a criminial so she will get her due punishment.
Miilee comes out and the police take her away into the police van. Once in the van, she turns to look at Vishal Rastogi and it's not Miilee, it's Ramona, dressed as Miilee, complete with her cap. Vishal Rastogi is visibly shocked. She smiles at him as the van takes off.
Miilee is dressed as a nurse and she's witnessing Aoni's operation from outside. She thinks of their time together. The watch is bound on Aoni's wrist.
Vishal Rastogi tells the police that the van has brought away his daughter and not Miilee. The policeman calls the his counterpart in the van and informs them of the situation. He orders them to bring the van round back.
The van stops and the policeman inside asks Ramona is she's Miilee and she says that she's not in a very haughty manner.
Miilee is shown to be praying to Lord Ganesh. She says that she's asking something from Him after so long. She says that she loves these two men, Aoni and Father Manuel. She says that they must be saved. She needs Aoni and the worlds needs Father Manuel. She adds that He has to give her a sign.
Ramona is shown sitting with father Maneul.
Aoni's heart starts beating again and father Maunel opens his eyes.
The doctors are quite happy. Father Manuel calls out Miilee's name.
Miilee turns around and looks happy, as if she knows all this have happened. Weird.
Suddenly, handcuffs are thrust upon her. She holds out her hands and goes in to see Aoni, complete with handcuffs.
Their song comes on in the background and she holds his hand and looks at his watch. She caresses it and leans forward to kiss his forehead. She leaves.
She is given back her clothes and a constable makes some sarcastic remark. Can't remember what. She comes out of the hospital where Vishal Rastogi sees her. He tells her that in the end, he has won. He adds that she's going to jail and if Aoni lives, then very soon, he will follow her.
She says that the game is not over yet.
She says that soon the world will know that he was the one who attacked Father Manuel. He laughs and says who will prove that? Miilee herself?
She says that father Maunel will prove it. Vishal Rastogi laughs again. She says that Father Manuel is alive. Vishal Rastogi is shocked.
Miilee asks him if he's scared and the game's not over yet. He can try to stop father Manuel from telling the truth but she will try her best to make sure that the truth comes to light.
Tomorrow: Khushi and gang come to see Miilee, before she is escorted off to the police station. She asks them about Father Manuel. Kunal says that he's not well and is asking for her but she's going to jail. She tells them not to worry and that she has a plan. They huddle together and she whispers about the time she was kidnapped.
