Miilee is Aoni's room. The nurses and staff are outside the room. The doctor comes in and says that it's a miracle. He tells her that she has brought back a man from the dead.
Suddenly the monitors go crazy and beep faster. Aoni's blood pressure and pulse rate are erratic. The doctor says that he's sinking.
Miilee says that she won't accept defeat and she asks the doctor to do something.
The doctor says that only a heart donor can save him and he has only 30 minutes, otherwise he might die.
It's 11 o'clock. Miilee calls some hospital and says that she needs a heart donor but the person puts down the phone on her. She tries another hospital but receives the same treatment. She goes back to the room.
Vishal Rastogi tells her that she cannot do anything. He adds that she's in Shimla where medical facilities are difficult to get. He says that to find a heart donor for a criminal is difficult.
Miilee tells him to shut up or else she will shoot him. She tells him that too bad his death won't help her because his heart is made of stone.
Miilee thinks to herself that he cannot help her directly, but she can use him to arrange for a heart donor.
Ramona reaches the hospital and is waiting with the crowd outside. Miilee brings Vishal near the window and shouts that she wants to talk to the media and that if the police does not co-operate with her, she will kill him.
Ramona screams and begs her not to do that. The police allows the media in.
They enter and Miilee locks the hospital door again.
Miilee goes into Aoni's room and the media people trail her. They record what she has to say. Miilee speaks to the camera. She says that she knows that everyone is angry but she had no intention of hurting anyone. She says that she just wants to save her friend because he's innocent. She tells everyone to forgive her and says that she knows her way to obtain justice is warped but she begs them to help her. She says that Aoni has a right to live. Miilee cries.
She adds that they need an AB+ heart donor and tells them to call the doctor if they would like to help her.
Ramona sees all this from outside and thinks to herself that she was wrong about Miilee. Even now, she's not thinking for herself, only for Aoni.
It's 11.10 already. Vishal Rastogi tells Miilee that there's just 20 more minutes to go and she's going to lose.
Miilee snaps back that she will not lose because Father Manuel taught her that people who try never lose. She says that she will save Aoni, even at the cost of her own life. She stops abruptly and thinks about what she said. She seems to be thinking about something.
She brings the doctor to another room and tells him that her blood is O+. She can donate her heart. She says that she will kill herself and she's serious.
The doctor tells her that there are compatibility matters and besides, he won't help her as it's medically unethical. He adds that he cannot kill one person to save another.
Miilee begs him. She says that she loves Aoni more than her own life and that it's better she dies than live without him.
The doctor agrees to help her. 😡
Scene shifts.
The doctor is taking her blood pressure and what not. He tells her that there's a good news. He says that they are a match.
Miilee says that she wants to meet Aoni for the final time. She walks out and sees Ramona.
Ramona apologizes and says that Miilee has always helped others. She begs Miilee to forgive her.
Miilee tells her to relax. She says that she's her younger sister and that she has every right to be angry. She starts to talk about her leaving this world but Ramona stop her and says that she doesn't need to give up her life. They can find other donors.
Miilee insists and tells Ramona that after she is gone, Ramona must take care of Father Manuel.
Ramona is shocked and asks if he's alive.
Miilee says that he is but he's not fully healed yet and that's why she must take care of him. He must never feel her absence.
She tells Ramona to make Khushi and gang understand her decision and says that even Aoni will be angry with her. She wants Ramona to tell Aoni that she took this decision not for Aoni but for herself because she wants to be with Aoni always and her heart will belong to Aoni.
She also tells her to tell Aoni that although she's too late, she wants him to know that she loves him a lot, even more than herself. She cries and they hug.
Miilee holds Aoni's hands. She tells Aoni that its their last meeting but she will always be with him, by being his heartbeat.
She hugs him and leaves but not before looking back at him. That's when we see that our hero has a tear dropping from the side of his eye.
Miilee comes back to the room. She checks the gun for bullets and it's loaded.
She tells Vishal Rastogi that even God listened to him. The Miilee that he hates so much is going away forever. She tells him not to think that he has earned his freedom as she will still be alive, in Aoni's heart as his heartbeat. Miilee holds the gun and walks out.
Vishal Rastogi is unrepentant. In fact, he looks happy at what Miilee's about to do.
She goes in a dark room. She thinks of all the times in her life, especially the times with Aoni.
She picks up the gun and pulls the trigger.
End.
Overview: I swear, if Miilee kills herself, I am going to stop watching the show. I am like kicking myself now for making the prediction yesterday! IDIOT! IDIOT! *kicks self* Anyway, I think they will kill off Miilee and bring the show back for a second season where the gang will meet another girl who is a lot like Miilee. What say eh? Anyway, I am so sad with the way the show's going. 😔 Good night guys.
