Is it 'THE END' for AKHIRA ?

Freinds, we all know that #MeriHanikarakbiwi is rolling into turbulence once again. In yesterday's episode, we saw Ira being blown off by the bomb after being shot in the stomach by her own husband Akhilesh.

I just got this excerpt from an interview with Karan Suchak.

Talking about this new twist, Karan Suchak who essays the character of Akhilesh said,

“From the very beginning viewers have adored Ira and Akhilesh’s chemistry. Even when our characters were briefly apart, I often used to get messages from fans on how they wished for our characters to reunite and see us together. This new twist is bound to take them by a shock, only to bring in new surprises in the days to come. It may be the end of Ira-Akhilesh, but I think all the viewers who have supported us until should stay hooked on to know how the plot will develop further.”

Reading this, I must admit, I'm not amused. As a loyal MHB fan, I can't digest it if Akhira is no more.

Even if Jiyaa Shankar returns as a look-alike, it can't be the same. I want Jiyaa back as Ira. Period.

Everything is so messed up coz the Ira we knew would have been devastated at the thought of leaving Akhilesh and Mishri behind. Plus she would never ever agree to jeopardize innocent lives even if it was to protect Mishri. She would have made an attempt to find a way out. None of it makes sense. Plus this is not the kind of show that is meant for intense tragic twists. The show was always a light hearted one and it should end on that note only.
