Ok, here I come with another theory:

I think that the whole thing was a dream. 'Coz Ru-Sim-Bablu had a conversation, that means Sim knew that Su was behind the whole thing.
So then, how could Sim get into Su's car and thank her for saving her?

And the precap is just to confuse us viewers. Maybe it is a new character being introduced.

Your right that Simran knew about Su but she still got in the car. but i thnk thats was also part of the plan.

I dont thnk they'll bring a new person in that looks like Simran, because they did that in KZK and it didnt turn out too well 😳

I think, as many hav said, Ruhan will be saved by some people and he will lose his memory and everything.

Simran on the other hand might not remember what happened. But I think she also survived and mght be in coma
