First of all, a belated Merry Christmas to all the sweeties here!🤗

We may have missed celebrating Crimbo on the forum but let's welcome the New Years with a bang!😃

For some New Years means getting back to School and looking forward to exams [*Cough**Cough*]

For others it's a chance to start over and add another Happy Year to their basket; not to mention stick to their new years resolution!

My resolution: Cut down on chocolates😵.....let's see how far I get!😆

What's your New Years Resolution?

To shed all those extra kilos that I've gained lately 😕

What do you expect from 2008?

I'd like to see more happiness and cheer around me. I also hope there will be more comedy shows on TV, I am sick and tired of these saas-bahu melodramatic soaps, its time we got back some laughter in our lives 😃.

And because we're in the MDTA forum - how do you think the story will shape up from Jan 01 onwards?🤔

I don't know why everyone has this fixation to get Sim and/or Naina pregnant 😆. I for one would like to see the story be more realistic and enjoyable. The Ru-Sim relationship needs to be redefined, currently it always shows Ru to be a weak, immature, impulsive guy, its time he grew up 😉. Sim also needs to pay more attention to her hubby, rather than busying herself with everybody else's problems. The story should take a turn such that even when Sim comes to know the truth, she has a heart-to-heart talk with Ru and decides to stay on with him and together they build a better and more meaningful, trusting relationship with each other.

But looking at the current track, it seems that the Naina-Ru-Sim track will keep dragging on for a while. There is ofcourse a possibility that SC may turn good and start supporting Sim as she saved Pia's life. Let's see ...

Chitu, have you heard of the saying 'Kuthe Ki Dum Kabhi Seedhe Nahin Hothi?'

I doubt SC will change; even if Simran saves her from a herd of elephants!😆

Coming to the heart to heart to talk; let's hope that this will be one couple who'll try to talk it out instead of believing what every other Tom, Dick or Harry says and not confront their partner!

New Year's resolution... hmmmm...sochna padega, I guess to be healthy and happy and bring cheer to people I come across🥳!

Expectation for 2008 - For people to start looking out for others more 😛. Start philanthropy young and know that life is all about being comfortable with who you are and doing the best to your capacity 😊 rather than measuring up with others.

MDTA in 2008... Su will continue to rub salt in Ru's wounds and try to poison the Oberoi parivar's minds against Sim. Sim will somehow get a clue about her ways, curious george that she is 😆 (thank goodness for that!). Some heartbreaking moments when Sim learns the truth about Ru and Su 😭, but look forward to their making-up track 😃 soon after!! Pia-Karan get married and Sim finds an ally in this couple 😊. Abhi-shanaya get married! Arpita has her baby. Maybe Inder helps Sim learn the truth about Su?? What I would like is a new character introduced into the Oberoi parivar, like a comic character who will get besotted with Su, keep following her around and inadvertently spoil her plans when she tries to interfere with Ru-Sim 😆!
